BC.game Review

Today I am going to review a cryptocurrency gambling website called BC.game that fully operates with crypto assets. Their bitcointalk thread was created in December 2018, meaning that the brand is successfully operating for several years already.

To create this review, as always, I have deposited my funds to the BC.game casino and I was able to receive a withdrawal together with the winnings. I have also gone through all the sections of the website, checked the T&C, promotions and spent some time bothering support with questions.

✔️ Is BC.game legit? (4/5)

BC.game does not have any license at the moment, however, the support agent told me that receiving one is already in process:

The license will not only be an element of trust for the casino, but it will also allow connecting the most popular game providers.

I have not met any mentions on the forums that BC.game is not paying out the winnings, so it looks like the casino is trustworthy and will become even more after getting the license. My withdrawal was also sent quickly without hesitation.

🎲 Games and providers (2/5)

BC.game has some serious problems with Slot and Live games and their presentation on the website. Here is the list of game providers that the Slot lobby shows when I try to filter out the games:

The list is too short, and I can definitely see more games from other providers on the website, but for some reason, they are not included here.

The second problem is that there is no game search available. So, without proper sorting and the ability to search for any specific game, it gets really hard to navigate through the slot arsenal.

It seems like the sorting is working fine for the Live casino providers, as I can see them all are listed:

Here is one of the banners that I have found on the BC.game homepage. It says that the casino has 10,000+ games on offer:

But in reality, they have only 1105 games, if we check the Slots’ lobby.

I am not sure why they decided to make such false advertising, but it looks weird.

Besides slots and live casino, there are multiple in-house games that are popular in the crypto space. It looks like these are the games that BC.game is focusing on.

🎰 Slots RTP (5/5)

When you hover your mouse over the game, the House edge information appears. Basically, it is pretty much the same as the RTP rate. To know the Return-to-Player number you just need to deduct the House Edge from 100%.

💰 Payment methods (4/5)

The list of the crypto coins accepted by BC.game is impressive and it includes all the popular titles:

I have chosen Ethereum for my deposit and sent 150 USD worth of Ethereum to my account.

The deposit was confirmed by the network and appeared in my balance:

When it comes to funds’ withdrawal, you will have to pay a fee, which is a practice I don’t like but it is being used more often by casinos these days. In USD terms, the transaction fee was around 0.8 USD at the time of this experiment, which is pretty much correlated with actual network fees.

On the VIP 22 level you will also be able to deduct the fees using the internal JB coins, but be prepared to wager a lot of funds to get there.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (0/5)

At this moment there are no welcome bonuses available at BC.game for first-time players.

There is a chance that some offers will appear in the future. The statement of the support agent makes me assume that such offers appear periodically.

The welcome bonus program seems to be the sore point for many casino operators as more and more brands decide to forfeit the first deposit bonus. I do agree that having no bonus at all is better than making an offer with huge wagering requirements.

I am just curious why casino brands don’t want to take an advantage of the poor welcome offers of the competitors and design a fair first deposit promotion that will help them to outstand from hundreds of different other online casinos?

📢 Promotions (2/5)

While it looks like BC.game is full of different promotions, I still give this section of the review only 2 points out of 5 because the promos are low-rewarding.

The first free promo is a Lucky Spin wheel that you can participate in every day. I have tried my luck several times and I was not able to win anything else than internal JB coins. Promotions like this one are fun but don’t hope to win anything significant here.

Then we have Daily and Weekly tasks. The aim of these tasks is to stimulate your activity and to refer your friends. I was not able to accomplish any of these daily goals.

Then BC.game offers some sort of rakeback and recharge bonuses.

To unlock the rakeback bonus you need to get to the 14-th VIP level by wagering 17,000 USD

Recharge bonus is unlocked at VIP 22 level that will require you to wager 49,000 USD.

There is no additional information regarding the size of these bonuses, which creates no motivation to achieve these levels.

Speaking about the VIP program, I was able to wager 2,000 USD and achieve the VIP 05 level:

Now let me show you the rewards that are being paid for the first 5 VIP levels of BC.game. Each of these levels rewards you with BCD (equivalent of US dollars that can be exchanged for real cash) and JB (internal points, that I find a bit useless).

VIP 01:

VIP 02:

VIP 03:

VIP 04:

VIP 05:

So after wagering 2,000 USD I have received 2 BCD and 35,000 JB. This loyalty program might be good for entertainment, but the prizes are ridiculously low.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (3/5)

For the casino that operates with no license it was a surprise to see that a KYC verification can still be requested. BC.game has also no bonuses that could be abused by creating multiple accounts, which creates another question mark here.

👨‍💻 Customer support (5/5)

I contacted the Live Chat support multiple times during this BC.game testing. The customer support agents have been always friendly and answered all my questions as fast as possible. The answers look very natural, and I did not notice any copy-pasted answering style, which lots of casinos are using.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (5/5)

After playing slots for a while, I was able to double up my deposit and decided to request a withdrawal back to my Ethereum wallet.

The cashout procedure at BC.game is instant and my withdrawal was confirmed and sent in just a few minutes.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (5/5)

You can use a VPN on BC.game without any risk of being banned. This was confirmed by the support agent:

🏁 Final verdict (3.5/5)

BC.game is a good cryptocurrency casino for those who love to play small in-house games, such as Dice, Plinko or Crash. They offer lots of crypto coins for deposits and withdrawals, they ask for reasonable transaction fees and they also provide professional customer service.

When it comes to third-party slot games, which I personally prefer to play, the organization of the lobby leaves much to be desired. Welcome bonuses and promotions are an aspect that many online casinos are weak at nowadays. This is a great chance for some younger brands to outstand by offering a rewarding loyalty program and a fair first deposit bonus.

It’s been a while since the last time I played on this casino, as of I’m writing this review, bcgame has added more popular game providers such as push gaming, play n go, etc. although its game list still lacking if we compared it with other casinos.

I think bcgame level up’s rewards aren’t really bad considering it doesn’t require heavy wagering amounts for the early levels. If I’m not mistaken my last level up’s rewards was 10 BCD with 10k USD wagering requirements.

Regarding deduction withdrawal fees with JB (VIP 22+ privileges), we only take advantage of it once per day and the required JB amounts are variable of each coin/token.

As for recharge, you need to wager at least 1k USD in the last 7 days to activate it. It could be claimed every 10 mins, hourly, or daily based on your preference setting later.

For some reason looks like you forgot to mention the medal promotion, by collecting a certain amount of medals you also could grab some BCD. Additionally, in the last few months, bcgame has actively held weekly challenges with decent reward amounts through their own forum. I also used to participate in it a few times in the past, usually, they would send the rewards with shitlink through PM’s forum within 3-4 business days.

Firstly, bc.game have gambling license now from Curacao. Secondly, they have added more slots providers. Now there is almost 3k slots and live casino games available from different providers. Game searching feature is available too. They are offering one kind of deposit bonus at this moment. The reviews will be more accurate if you revisit the casinos on time to time and update your ratings.
