My Honest Bitslot Review (Tested With A Real Deposit)

Bitcoin and slots are two things that I like in gambling. Both of these things have been combined in the name of a new crypto casino called Bitslot. Today, I decided to check whether both Bitcoin and slots work well on this gambling website.

To create this Bitslot review, I made a deposit, played some games, and successfully received a cashout back to my wallet. I always use my own money to test all crypto casinos, so rest assured that my opinion is unbiased.

I was not able to find any regulator’s seal anywhere on Bitslot’s website, so I decided to ask the support team if the casino is regulated or not.

According to the live support agent, Bitslot is not licensed and does not require any license, as it works with cryptocurrency only. I would say that the crypto status of the casino does not prevent the website to get a casino license. In fact, most trusted cryptocurrency casinos do operate under the popular Curacao license.

The licensing authority does not actually care if the casino website is operating with crypto or fiat money. Most gambling authorities accept cryptocurrency casinos and provide the same services as to traditional platforms.

The unregulated status of the casino allows Bitslot to operate in the territories that are usually banned from most licensed casinos. The game providers are also not sorted by categories, which means that it will be difficult to divide slots from live dealers or other types of games.

I have tried to play Pragmatic games, as this is the only big studio that you can find at Bitslot but I faced another issue. The majority of Pragmatic games have really large minimum bets when you try to play with Bitcoin.

Some games will only allow you to bet a minimum of 0.001 BTC per spin, which is around 20 USD at the current market rate.

I deduct two points in this section of Bitslot’s review. The first point is deducted for the small number of game providers presented. I deduct a second point, instead, due to the high minimum bet requirements in several popular games, which makes it very uncomfortable for users.

Bitslot is a crypto-only casino and accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, and XRP both for deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawals are free of charge.

But the minimum withdrawal amounts are a bit higher, compared to the minimum deposit amounts.

In the website’s FAQ, I was also able to find information regarding the withdrawal limits. It looks like Bitslot casino is not the perfect choice for highrollers, as you won’t be able to withdraw more than 15k USD per month.

You will also have to wager your deposited amount three times before the withdrawal option would become available. Most of the crypto casinos operating in the market right now ask for a 1x wagering, so I find a 3x requirement a bit complicated.

The only big problem with this welcome offer is the 40x wagering requirement attached.

Is it worth taking the bonus with 40x wagering? Absolutely not! Here are some calculations that will help to understand how this works.

For this example, let’s use 100 USD as the deposited amount. After getting a 100% bonus you will receive another 100 USD, so your total balance would be 200 USD.

Now you have to complete the wagering requirements 100 x 40 = 4,000 USD. This is the amount of money you need to wager in order to make your balance withdrawable.

If you play slot games with an average RTP of 96%, then, in the long run, you will be losing 4% of your bets. 4,000 x 4% = 160 USD. This is the amount of money you are going to lose while completing the wagering process.

So, after completing the wagering requirements you will have 200 – 160 = 40 USD left on your account, which is even less than the amount of money you deposited.

You need to understand that these estimations are based on mathematical calculations, and there could be a chance that you hit a large multiplier and receive high winnings covering your losses. But in most cases, you will lose almost all your balance by the end of the 40x wagering.

There are multiple promotions available on Bitslot, including a loyalty system, cashback, and weekly free spins.

The loyalty program will reward you with free spins on the starting levels and cash bonuses on the higher levels.

You should get 1 CP for every 12.5 USDT in bets, according to the website.

However, this does not work this way if you are betting with Bitcoin. I have used the CP points to understand the amount of money wagered, but it appeared that I cannot use it like that. CP points are being calculated differently for all the currencies.

All of the prizes you get in the VIP program are also coming with a 40x wagering requirement.

The cashback promo offers you a 100% return on your lost funds every Monday. There is a limit in the max cashback that you  can receive, so this is not correct to call this promo “100% cashback.” It will never be 100% if you lost a lot, as there is a max cap.

Right after the registration, Bitslot sent me two separate emails containing information related to the cashback promotion. In one email it was written that cashback is 23%, while in another email is stated that it is up to 25%.

The customer support told me that they do not have this daily cashback anymore.

The agent also told me that the emails I received must have been sent a long time ago when the daily cashback was still active. Nevertheless, this is not the case. I received those emails literally 5 minutes before contacting the support agent.

Another promotion that you can take is “Wednesday 50 free spins.” It has a 40x wagering applied, so it does not make any sense again to use this promo.

Weekend free spins again are not worth taking, as you will need to wager the winnings 40x times.

I have decided to check with the support if there are any bonuses that do not have a 40x wagering requirement attached. Unfortunately, I received a negative answer from them. You will have to clear the 40x wagering after getting any sort of reward from Bitslot.

This section of Bitslot’s review gets only one point. While it may look like the casino is offering a wide selection of promotions, all of them have a 40x wagering attached. This rewarding strategy just pushes players to bet more and lose more in the long run.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (4/5)

According to the support agent, Bitslot is accepting players from all over the world. This is possible due to the unregulated status of the casino.

At the same time, I was able to find a KYC-related rule in their Terms and Conditions. It says that Bitslot reserves the right to initiate KYC verifications.

After having another chat with the support agent, they told me that crypto transactions do not need any KYC verification.

I believe that KYC checks might still be conducted in case of fraudulent activity and bonus abuse. While support says that there should be no verifications at all, the Terms and Conditions clearly show that this is still possible. I deduct one point in this section of Bitslot’s review for the uncertainty.

The live chat support was always online during the whole experiment with Bitslot, but I cannot say that its quality is satisfying. Some of my questions required additional research by the agent, which in some cases took 10 to 20 minutes of time.

At some point, I also received an answer prepared for another user in the German language by mistake. That is a bit alarming, as I would not be happy if any of my sensitive information would be sent to another user.

I deduct two points in this section of the review. While support agents were always online to answer my questions, it looks like they don’t really know a lot about the products the casino is offering. Sending the answers meant to another user is also something that should never happen.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (3/5)

After completing the 3x wagering requirements I have decided to request a cashout back to my BTC wallet. The request was made at 12:49.

Four hours later, the withdrawal was still not accepted, so I decided to double check its status with the support team.

The support said that all the withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to be processed. My payment was released at 20:46, which was 8 hours after making the request.

This section of Bitslot’s review gets three points out of five. Most of the top crypto casinos release payments in under 20 minutes, which I consider a proper practice. While 8 hours is still quicker compared to bank transfers, I must admit that this is too long for cryptocurrency payments.

I cannot find any single reason for you to start playing at Bitslot casino. It does not provide a sufficient number of games, it adds a 40x wagering requirement to bonuses and promotions, it has mediocre support, and cashouts are very slow.

Almost every other crypto casino that I have reviewed so far would beat Bitslot’s platform in most of the parameters. The only positive moment could be connected to the gentle KYC policy, which would allow people to play their favourite games from gambling-restricted territories.
