My Honest Coinslotty Review (Tested With A Real Deposit)

It was the 1st of April 2022 when I first heard of Coinslotty casino on the Bitcointalk forum. Right now, I think that the date on which they started the thread was not a coincidence. The operational principles of this casino may really look like an April fool’s prank.

In order to write this Coinslotty review, I have made a deposit using my own money, I had tons of chats with customer support, and I finally managed to receive my withdrawal. Stick to the end of this article to know why exactly I think that Coinslotty is one of the worst casinos reviewed by me so far.

✔️ Is Coinslotty legit? (3/5)

There are no signs of any type of license obtained by Coinslotty casino. I couldn’t find this information anywhere on the website’s footer. Then, the support agent confirmed that Coinslotty operates without a license.

I give three points out of five to this section of the review. There are multiple examples of decent unregulated casinos that are successfully operating on the market. I have not found any scam accusations against Coinslotty but we need to keep in mind that this platform is still pretty new.

🎲 Games and providers (5/5)

Coinslotty casino’s game selection is decent and would be suitable both for slots and live casino players.

I have not experienced any type of problem while selecting a game to play. The casino lobby allows you to quickly filter games by genre and provider. This section of Coinslotty’s review deserves the maximum number of points.

🎰 Slots RTP (0/5)

Coinslotty does not display the RTP information for the games that they offer on the website. This was confirmed by the support agent.

This section of the review does not receive any points. The availability of the RTP numbers adds transparency to gambling operations. It is always nice to see the Return-to-Player’s rate when selecting a game to play, especially when you need to complete wagering requirements for bonuses.

💰 Payment methods (4/5)

Coinslotty is a crypto-only casino that accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Ripple, and Tether assets for deposits and withdrawals. Below you will find the minimum deposit amounts for all supported cryptocurrencies.

The minimum withdrawal amounts listed in the Terms and Conditions are not correct. I have seen different values on the withdrawal page when trying to request a cashout.

For example, the Bitcoin withdrawal option has a minimum value of 0.0002 BTC, which is twice as much as what’s written in the T&Cs.

You will also have to wager your deposited amount three times when playing slots and ten times when playing live casino and table games.

Most of the casinos apply the 1x wagering rule, which is an industry standard.

I have made my first deposit using Bitcoin.

The deposits are instant, so I was able to start playing right away, without the need to wait for the network confirmations.

This section of Coinslotty’s review gets four points out of five. The casino supports all major crypto assets and does not deduct any withdrawal fees, which is great. The only negative point that forced me to reduce the rating is the 3x wagering requirement applied to the deposited money.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (0/5)

There are no welcome bonuses on offer for players that deposit money for the first time.

I think the welcome bonus is important for every casino, as it allows the platform to build a good and reliable marketing strategy and stand out from the other brands. It is obvious that pretty much all the casinos are offering the same experience to their players: they have similar game providers and general promotions.

A welcome bonus can become a strong selling point for newbie players who compare different brands and are about to decide which platform to choose. This section of the review gets zero points, unfortunately.

📢 Promotions (1/5)

There are three regular promotions, that Coinslotty is offering to its loyal player:

  • Bonus shop
  • Tournaments
  • Loyalty program

The bonus shop allows you to exchange your RCP points for different perks:

  • Free spins
  • Money rewards
  • Subscriptions
  • Devices

All the bonuses that you buy from the shop also have a wagering requirement, besides devices and subscriptions.

For earning RCP points you need to play real money games. One RCP equals 20 USDT of bets or equivalent in other currencies.

There are also daily happy hours that will let you earn more RCP points.

The loyalty program consists of 41 levels. You need to collect 5,000 CP to become a “Newbie” player. You will get 5 CP for each 1 USDT of wagers. It means that you need to wager 5000/5 = 1000 USDT to reach the first level.

To reach the last level you will have to accumulate 1,000,000,000 CP which is 200 million USDT in bets.

All the prizes that you get during the loyalty progression also have a wagering requirement attached. You will have to wager the cashback bonus 5x times, the free spins winnings 30x times, and the money awards 5x times as well.

To win in the tournament you will have to play a specific game and make the most number of bets.

Free spins received as prizes have a 50x wagering requirement attached.

The list of promotions is solid, but there is a huge drawback attached to every prize that you get: wagering requirements. It totally ruins the idea of the loyalty rewards: you have to place bets in order to receive a prize which forces you to place bets again.

This is a perfect situation for the casino, as you need to play more and more to finally get any withdrawable reward. But from the player’s perspective, I find these prizes useless and not rewarding at all.

I have wagered 1k USD in bets to reach the first level, and now let me show you what kind of rewards I was able to get.

First of all, I have bought 20 free spins from the bonus shop.

Here is what the process looks like: you need to find your prize from the dropdown menu and exchange your points.

Then, the bonus becomes visible in your dashboard, where you can click to activate it.

The value of each free spin given in this promotion is 0.004 mBTC which is around $0.10.

I was able to win 0.0320 mBTC after playing 20 free spins.

The wagering requirement for the money won in free spins is 30x.

I have tried to wager out the amount received, but after playing for a while I realized that the bonus funds were marked as ‘lost’ in the history of bonuses.

It will be really hard to complete the wagering requirement for these free spin bonuses, as you cannot use your whole balance for wagering. The bonus will be removed right after you lose an equal part of your real money balance.

It means that the only chance to clear the bonus is to hit a winning strike, and this is not something that happens all the time.

After reaching the Newbie status, my account was promoted to receive 2% of cashback and another 30 free spins were credited.

This time, I was able to win 0.514 mBTC after completing the free spins.

With a 30x wagering requirement, now I have to wager 15.42 mBTC to clear the bonus with a risk of bonus cancellation if I lose 0.514 mBTC during the wagering process.

I decided to cancel this bonus, as the wagering requirements are too high and there is a miserable chance to actually hit a winning strike and clear the bonus.

I give this section of Coinslotty’s review only one point out of five. The bonus shop idea is good, but it has been implemented against the players. You will be forced to place more and more bets in order to clear the bonuses. The bonus amounts are also tied to your real money balance, meaning that most of the time all the rewards will be lost and canceled.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (1/5)

Coinslotty reserves the right to initiate a KYC verification process. This is despite the fact that the casino is not regulated, meaning that there is no authority that could demand these types of verifications.

The support agent told me that the KYC checks are made for payouts that exceed 1 Bitcoin. They also told me that they can also request a KYC verification for lower payouts as well.

My account got locked to pass the KYC verification. This happened right on the first cashout request. The surprising thing was that the withdrawal amount was even lower than the deposited amount.

The support agent requested three steps of verification: Proof of ID, address, and payment methods.

There was no specific reason for requesting a KYC check, as I did not gain any extra profit from bonuses or promotions.

After having a chat with the support agent, the proof of payment step was removed from the list, so I only had to provide the proof of ID and address.

After sending the documents, the support agent sent me a standardized reply stating that the KYC documents will be checked soon.

An hour later, my documents were approved and my account was verified.

Coinslotty is operating without a license and the only purpose of requesting a KYC verification is to delay withdrawal requests. I believe that a lot of crypto players prefer anonymity, and it is better for them to lose their balance rather than provide the necessary documents.

I give this section of the review only one point out of five. It looks like you will always be asked for a full KYC verification before your first withdrawal, this is despite the fact that Coinslotty’s casino should have no reason for asking for such documents.

👨‍💻 Customer support (3/5)

It is obvious that Cooinslotty does not have its own support team. It uses the customer support service provided by its white label platform SoftSwiss. The positive thing about this outsourcing method is that there are plenty of support agents present online and you will always be connected to an agent when you will need assistance.

The negative thing is that these agents have moderate knowledge about each casino they handle, as they work for multiple brands. This also creates a large miscommunication, as every time you decide to open the live chat support, most likely you will be talking to a new agent that has no knowledge of your previous conversations.

I have gone through 8 different agents to solve the issue with my withdrawal, which will be described in the next section of this review. Coinslotty should hire their own live chat agents if they want to provide a respectable customer support service. At the moment, I cannot give more than three points out of five to this department.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (0/5)

Withdrawing money from Coinslotty was one of the most terrible experiences that happened to me during my over ten years of experience in the gambling industry.

It all started with finding the correct balance that I could request to withdraw. While their dashboard shows that I have 6.91 mBTC, the system does not allow me to request this amount.

The support agent said that my actual balance was less than 6.91 mBTC and that I have to request 0.00690754 BTC.

My first withdrawal was declined, as I had to pass the KYC verification. After completing the KYC verification process, the support agent asked me to create another request and to send a confirmation to their email.

I requested the cashout as suggested by the support agent and this is when the nightmare started.

Coinslotty uses Coinspaid’s services to process all its crypto payments. I have used this service before as they cooperate with multiple casino brands. Coinspaid requires a withdrawal confirmation from the user end, which means that there should be an email sent to the user with the confirmation link.

Coinslotty, instead, asks you to send the confirmation to their email address. After sending the email, I received a mailer-daemon response saying that something was wrong with their SMTP server. It means that they cannot receive emails to their address.

After reporting this error to the support team, the agent sent me a link to the support form, which I filled out and sent back right away, as I didn’t want to lose more time to get my funds out of the platform.

Several minutes later, the agent asked me to send a screenshot of the email that I have previously tried to send.

The support agent told me that they had all the information they need to process my withdrawal and that some manager was going to take care of everything.

The next morning, the withdrawal was still pending, so I decided to check its status with the support team.

The support agent kindly asked me to wait and gave me no information on when my withdrawal could be processed.

I sent another request in the evening, as the withdrawal was still pending.

Helen promised that my request was going to be processed very soon.

I had to send another message to the live chat the next morning as the withdrawal was still pending.

Now, the agent asked me to re-create the request and send another confirmation to them.

One hour later, I reached the support agent again to know if everything was fine with the withdrawal request.

The next morning, I was connected to a new support agent using the live chat option. He sent me a standard copy/pasted message. This is what he wrote:

In the evening, the agent promised that the withdrawal was going to be processed as soon as possible, again.

The next morning, the funds were still in the casino and not in my wallet. Another live chat agent tried to convince me to wait longer.

This time it was different. I decided to play the ‘bad cop’ role. I explained the situation that I experienced one more time to the live agent without hiding how irritated I was. It seems that they understood I was already tired of waiting. My withdrawal was manually confirmed a few minutes later.

The cashout became visible in my blockchain wallet.

After passing the KYC verification process, I requested my withdrawal on the 10th of June at 15:54. The funds arrived in my wallet on the 13th of June at 10:09, meaning that the whole withdrawal process took around 66 hours.

This was one of the most unprofessional ways to process a withdrawal that I have ever seen in my life. The support agents just sent the same copy/pasted messages, and no one was actually working to solve the issue. Impulsive gamblers would most likely cancel the pending payout and lose it all rather than request the cashout once and once again. This is the main reason for delaying the cashout here.

I give zero points to this section of Coinslotty’s review. This casino is not interested in sending you the withdrawals that you request. They will accept your deposit and do their best to delay your payout as long as possible.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (3/5)

According to the Terms and Conditions of this casino, the usage of a VPN is forbidden to bypass the provider’s block.

The support agent confirmed that they strongly recommend not using a VPN.

I give this section of Coinslotty’s review three points out of five. While the usage of a VPN is not prohibited, you can still face some problems while using it on this gambling website.

🏁 Final verdict (2/5)

My first and only recommendation to all crypto players: stay away from Coinslotty casino. There are absolutely no reasons to deposit your money here and beg support agents for a simple withdrawal. Their bonuses will only force you to place more bets due to their endless wagering requirements.

The only expertise of Coinslotty’s customer support is to promise things and send copy/pasted answers. You will be asked to pass a KYC check on your first withdrawal, even when the casino has no license that would require it to do so. If you would ever try to request a cashout, then be prepared to talk to support agents several days in a row every morning and evening.

I wasn’t thinking of writing this review because I’m not really into gambling. However, I have played at Coinslotty off and on for a couple of months now, but have not had cause to make a withdrawal since I never won anything. However, 2 days ago, I won at the slot and decided to withdraw my winnings but have not been able to. I contacted support and they said that the transaction would be processed.

I mean, what’s the big deal in processing a withdrawal transaction that was made 48 hours ago? It’s not as if there’s a network clog or something. I certainly would be careful with a casino that doesn’t process payments quickly enough. I think I should have read reviews about Coinslotty before wagering here. With the recent delay in paying me, I noticed that this casino is rated 1/100 by some review sites. I hope they see this and improve on their services.
