My Honest Crashino Review (Tested With Real Deposit)

Crashino is a crypto casino that attracted my attention with its catchy design, solid game selection, and unique welcome bonus approach. Despite the fact that the platform is still pretty young, it seems that it has the potential to become a great place for cryptocurrency gambling. Today, we check whether this statement is true or not.

To write this Crashino review, I am going to deposit my own funds and activate the welcome offer. Additionally, I will also make sure to check all the active promotions. As always, I will ask many questions to the support team to pull as many nitty-gritty details as possible.

✔️ Is Crashino legit? (2/5)

After checking the website, I realized that there is no license badge located anywhere in the footer. The conversation with the support agent confirmed that Crashino’s gambling platform is not licensed.

The lack of a license does not mean that the casino is not legit and cannot be trusted. There are several good examples of unregulated casinos that operate correctly. The absence of a license puts several restrictions on the payment systems and game providers, but it also has several advantages, such as less control over players’ accounts.

I was not able to find any negative cases linked to Crashino, but we need to keep in mind that the casino started its operations at the beginning of 2022. Therefore, we see that the platform is quite new. This section of the review gets two points from me. I have made my deposit and received the cashout with no issues, but we need to keep an eye on Crashino’s reputation for another year or two.

🎲 Games and providers (5/5)

Crashino presents an amazingly large game selection. If you like to play slots, then there are around 80 different providers working with this platform.

Live casino games are also present with 10+ software studios, which is the largest number of live casino game providers that I have seen in just one gambling platform so far.

This section of Crashino’s review deserves the maximum number of points. Every casino lover will be able to find a suitable game title here. If you like to place bets on sports, then there is also an option for sports betting. Some of the most popular games for crypto lovers, such as Crash, Dice and Plinko are also supported.

🎰 Slots RTP (0/5)

Unfortunately, Crashino does not publish any RTP numbers for their games, therefore I cannot credit any points for this section of the review.

The RTP information adds transparency to the gambling operations. It is a known fact, that all casino games have an edge over the players, so there is no need to hide data about the Return to Player.

Nowadays, several game providers such as Play’n GO offer the same games with different RTP settings, varying from 84% to 99%. I would prefer to see the actual RTP numbers, as the 15% range in this particular example can make a big difference for players.

💰 Payment methods (3/5)

Crashino’s payments are managed through a service called NomiPay, which I have never heard about before. It offers players the possibility to use more than 10 different crypto assets for deposits and withdrawals.

I will use Bitcoin for testing the Crashino platform. The minimum deposit allowed with BTC is the equivalent of 10 USD which is totally fine.

But once we check the withdrawal page, we see that the minimum withdrawal request here is 50 USD. This might be a too high limit for small players.

All deposits have a 1x wagering requirement. This is a common thing among crypto casinos.

There is a sort of uncertainty when it comes to withdrawal fees. The Terms and Conditions state that the casino has the right to deduct fees from the cashout amount.

The support agent told me that the casino is not charging any fees but mentioned that some small transaction fee is still in place.

After several additional questions, the support agent confirmed that there will be a sort of fee deducted from my balance. Nevertheless, he cannot tell any actual amount.

Those who regularly read my reviews know how much I hate all those misunderstandings related to cashout processing fees. Casinos always try to pretend that they are not responsible for any fees. They try to convince me that this is how the blockchain works and that the fees are being taken by some third-party payment providers.

I prefer to see the deductions and the final amount that I would receive to my external wallet right during the withdrawal process. If there is some sort of a fee that would be subtracted from my balance, then please display it in a visible place.

In the chat with the support agent posted above, you can clearly see how, after three simple questions, a casino “that does not charge any fees” became a casino “where fees would be deducted”. Why don’t you just honestly describe the process instead of making false statements?

I have made my first deposit with Bitcoin, sending the equivalent of 250 USD.

The balance became visible as soon as the transaction received its first confirmation on the blockchain network.

I deduct two points in this section of the review: the first point for the high minimum withdrawal limit of 50 USD. I also deduct another point because of the uncertain status of the withdrawal fees.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (5/5)

The welcome offer of Crashino is organized through five different missions. After completing the first mission, you can get up to 100 free spins for playing the Sweet Bonanza slot by Pragmatic.

Other missions will require some additional actions such as visiting the website again in several days, wagering a certain number of bets, or making a second deposit on the platform.

The missions would only be available during the next 7 days after the registration. There are no other special rules or restrictions connected to the bonuses.

The winnings gained from the free spins have no wagering requirements attached, which was confirmed by the support agent. It means that you can withdraw your winnings right away without any obligations to wager the money an “X” number of times.

After making a deposit of 250 USD, I have received the following internal message. It says that 20 free spins were credited to my account. However, the promised number was 100 free spins.

After a chat with the live support agent, it appeared that the informational message contained an error and my account was credited with the correct number of free spins.

The cost of each free spin received in the first mission is $0.20. After 100 rounds of free spins, I was able to win $21.29.

I did not complete any of the other 4 missions, but even this bonus offered in the first mission is pretty decent. I like the fact that the first deposit offer is free from any wagering requirements. This section of the review gets five out of five points.

📢 Promotions (1/5)

The promotions offered by this platform are one of Crashino’s weakest parts. First of all, you can participate in regular tournaments organized by different game providers. Each tournament has its own participation rules and prizes.

There are also two missions that can be activated during the weekends. Unlike the welcome missions, these two have a 40x wagering requirement attached, which does not make them too appealing.

Let’s now move to the loyalty program. There are six loyalty levels available, starting from 10 points.

How to accumulate points? Each point is credited for every $100 you bet on the website. Meaning that you would reach the first level after placing $1000 in bets.

What are the rewards that you get climbing through these levels? This is not something that you will be able to find anywhere in the loyalty promo description. The customer support is also not willing to spread any additional information on that matter and just trying to get rid of me by redirecting me to another person.

This section of the review gets only one point from me. The loyalty levels are hard to reach and there is no motivation for trying at all. The weekend missions have an x40 wagering requirement on the winnings. So, tournaments are the only type of promotions worth participating in.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (4/5)

Despite the fact that Crashino is not a licensed casino, there is still a list of restricted countries that are not allowed on the platform.

The Terms and Conditions also state that a KYC verification might be requested.

I have asked the support agent for clarification regarding this matter. The support agent told me that KYC checks are not needed for players unless they break the rules.

While it looks like you don’t have to provide any KYC information, I still deduct one point in this review section for the possibility of having to pass a KYC check while playing in this casino as described in T&C.

👨‍💻 Customer support (5/5)

The customer support service here is fast and reliable. All my questions were answered in just a few minutes and the quality of the service provided was decent. I did not receive clarification about the loyalty program and its prizes, but this is an issue related to the casino’s management policy rather than the support department. I give this section of the review the maximum number of points.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (5/5)

Before requesting my withdrawal, I have double-checked the deposit wagering status with the support team.

I was able to win almost 200 USD on top of my deposit, so the final cashout amount was 442 USD.

Once the withdrawal request was submitted, it appeared in the transactions’ history. The request was made at 13:43.

It took the platform 13 minutes to confirm the withdrawal. At 13:56, the transaction was already visible in my Bitcoin wallet.

I am not sure what USD/BTC rate is being used by Crashino, but my final cashout amount shown in the wallet was even higher compared to the requested balance. This section of the review is getting 5 points from me. The cashout process is not instant, but 13 minutes could be still considered very fast.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (4/5)

The Terms and Conditions say that VPN usage is not illegal unless you are playing Jackpot games.

The same things were repeated by the live support agent. Your account won’t be locked for using a VPN unless you play Jackpot games.

It is weird that the Jackpot games have a special status here and require additional defense against VPN users. Due to this reason, I deduct one point in this section of the review.

🏁 Final verdict (3.4/5)

Crashino is a decent gambling platform for cryptocurrency users overall. It offers a good arsenal of games, a perfect welcome offer, and fast cashouts. The promotions are one of the weakest sides of this casino, but I guess this would be brought to standards once the management gets more experience.

The withdrawal fee status should also be described better. I also cannot say that there was an incorrect amount deducted from my withdrawal. Providing more details during the withdrawal process, such as conversion rate and any possible deductions will bring more transparency and trust.

When you hear the word Crashino, you better believe that this is the home of the Crash game and I must admit playing Crash from this platform has reinvented how it’s usually played as Crashino has made it more fun. By the way, Crashino is not exclusive to Crash only, they have a sportsbook that has good markets and a casino full of wonderful games to try out and I would invite you to try it out.

The only issue I have had with this site is the withdrawal times. The first withdrawal was done within an hour or so, and then for other withdrawals, I had to wait for over 24 hours which is a turn off. The competitors process such withdraws within minutes which could be a reason for many players not to stay on the Crashino website. I strongly believe that with time they will improve the service, as they are still a new gambling platform. Other than that, it is a great all-around website for anyone to play at. Just remember to gamble responsibly, and only play with money you can afford to lose! Good luck.

Crashino is a fairly new crypto casino it was officially launched last year summer, but they have managed to grow its platform in a very fast manner. I don’t consider myself a seasoned gambler, but I know the brand and played at their casino.

The website itself is easy and simple to navigate. It resembles most of today’s casinos, so you won’t get lost there. They also have a live support feature, which is great. I was able to resolve a problem I had by talking to the live agent there in under 10 minutes.

Depositing on Crashino can seem weird at first glance if you’re not used to it since they use a service called NomiPay. You have to fill out your deposit info, then you will get redirected to another page where you will complete the deposit. Withdrawals are not instant based on my experience. I didn’t have to wait long though, around 4 hours. KYC is also not mandatory, so you’re free to play without having to provide any documents.

I first discovered Crashino casino on bitcointalk when they were running a crash challenge so I took part in it and managed to claim the 2nd prize which was pretty cool. I would say the main advantage of Crashino is the big number of promotions they’re running: one can simply visit their promotion page and will see 10+ active promotions giving out 10s of thousands of dollars, pretty cool if you ask me.

They use Nomipay for their deposits and withdrawals: all you need to do is select a currency and input your deposit/withdraw amount then a new window will open where you complete the transaction. I think their 50 usd min withdrawal is quite high imo. Most other casinos that I usually play in have it lower so that is something to look out for if you’re a lowballer type of gambler. I don’t think depositing a lower amount is worth it (even though their min deposit is only 10 usd) as you may not be able to build up your balance to qualify for a withdrawal. No KYC is required to play and withdraw there atm, although they may request it from you if they find something unusual with your account activity as specified in their TOS.

I just tried playing at the Crashino platform and must say that what has impressed me most is the ease of registration and the intuitive user interface of the website. You instinctively know where to find whatever you’re searching for at this casino. However, I have to sign up with Nomipay for deposits and withdrawals, which may be a bit of a delay for some players. I also like the idea of being able to try out the game for fun to get a hand on how it works before depositing. What I find interesting is that this platform isn’t just about Crash games (which I like playing). There are several other game categories and even live dealer games on Crashino. On a downside, the promotion page is a bit confusing and not as direct as I’ve seen in a few other casinos that I’ve checked out. I think it should be simplified.
