Now let’s move on to the problems. I was not able to find any information regarding the minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, so I decided to check this with customer support. The live chat agent said that there is no minimum amount that you can deposit. But when it comes to withdrawal, the minimum is 0.004 BTC or its equivalent in other cryptos.
Just for the record, I have also confirmed the value of 0.004 BTC at the time of writing this review:
180 USD as minimal withdrawal? That is sick! This limit instantly cuts off the segment of small players, who love to deposit $100 USD on Friday evening and have fun playing slots. You have to be extremely lucky to double up your deposit or you have to deposit much more if you want to withdraw your funds at the end of the session.

I would never confirm my phone number, but this is the only way to test out the welcome offer, so I have passed both verifications. After that, you will be offered two games from Betsoft to play the free spins.
I have chosen Mystic Hive and won around 7 dollars with these 50 free spins. Although the popup window said that I have won 0 in this promotion.
I have decided to check this with the support agent using the Live chat option. It looks like the support agent did not even read my message carefully, as I was sent some copy-pasted general free spins related answer.
This information goes against the Terms and Conditions related to this bonus, which says that this offer is wagering free.
I have found more information regarding the bonus in my profile. The total amount I won was 0.00015713 BTC.
To receive this bonus amount to my balance I have to deposit at least the same amount and wager it 1 time. The popup message also said that I can activate my 1st deposit bonus together with the free spins promo, but the website does not allow you to activate both. So, I have decided to check it with the support team again.
As you can see, the support agent is not even aware that the casino offers a 1st deposit bonus on top of the free spins activation bonus.
So I decided to point this out
Now, the support agent says that I can actually activate and receive both bonuses together. But the thing is that the website does not allow me to activate both bonuses at the same time (and this is something that I have already informed the support about before).
As an exception, the support promised that I will be able to get the 1st deposit bonus after clearing the free spins offer. I find this answer a bit disrespectful, as it sounds like I have done something wrong to get this exceptional offer.
The truth is, that the website’s bonus system is not configured to give both free spins and 1st deposit bonus together, so FortuneJack is promoting their welcome offer in a false way.
This is what is written in their Terms and Conditions: all new players are eligible to receive one of the welcome offers. There’s nothing written in the Terms and Conditions about this offer not being combined with the 50 free spins bonus.
Now let’s check the conditions of the first deposit bonus. The terms have several important rules:
- Your real funds will be used before bonus funds.
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 30x.
- And the most important rule: only bets made with bonus money will be counted towards the bonus clearing.
Again, I decided to check that last rule with the support:
I don’t like bonuses that have wagering requirements, but this one has been even configured in the worst possible way. You will have to lose all your real money before the bonus will start getting any wagering contribution.
Now let’s calculate how much money you will lose while clearing this type of bonus. For example:
- Your deposit is 500 USD
- Your bonus money 500 USD x 110% = 550 USD
- You play a slot game with 96% RTP
- Wagering requirement is 30x
You will have to wager 550 x 30 = 16,500 USD to clear the bonus. In the long term, you will lose around 4% of the amount you have wagered if the slot’s RTP is 96%.
16,500 x 4% = 660 USD
You will start clearing the bonus once your 500 USD real money balance will be lost. You will have 550 USD left on your account as bonus money. You will lose 660 USD to fulfill the wagering requirements.
It means that the chances to complete the bonus wagering are miserable. Usually, casinos count both the real money and the bonus money bets towards the bonus wagering progress. In this way, you would have 500 + 550 = 1050 USD in total. After clearing the bonus you would have 1050 – 660 = 390 USD left on your balance.
But FortuneJack made the conditions heavily against the players. Their welcome deposit bonus package should be avoided at any cost!
The calculations presented above are fully based on math. It can also happen that you will win a solid amount with your bonus money and clear the wagering requirements with no problems. Lady Luck may always help you to beat even the hardest-to-clear bonuses, but in the long term, it will work exactly as described.
Here are some other limitations that will prevent you from successfully wager your bonus. On the screenshot below, you can see the list of forbidden providers. Almost half of the games are excluded from the wagering process:
Together with a 110% match bonus, FortuneJack also gives you 250 free spins. Let’s browse through the terms here:

This section of the FortuneJack review gets 1 point out of 5. You really need to make an effort to understand how the welcome offer works here and how the different bonuses can be combined with each other. The match bonuses are not worth taking at all due to the ridiculous rules which only allow bonus money bets to contribute to the wagering requirements.

All FortuneJack regular promotions are based on the Cashback or Reload bonuses.
The first one I checked has controversial information on the banner and the text field of the promo description. The image says that I have to deposit 0.15 BTC, while the text says that the deposit amount should be 0.4 BTC. My conclusion – no one gives a shit about what is being posted on the website.
The VIP players can get up to 45% cashback, but you need to participate in multiple promotions and complete different requirements. Most likely you will never complete the conditions and get to the 45% cashback point.
Let’s also check the rules for a 15% monthly cashback promo:
You will have to lose 80% of your deposit in order to be eligible for the cashback. It looks like all the FortuneJack promotions are forcing you to lose more and more money. What a disgusting approach.
The following is a loyalty program. You need to place bets in order to level up and get better cashbacks and reload bonuses.
Again, the cashback will be paid only if 80% of the deposit is lost. For the reload bonus, the wagering requirement is 40x, which makes it even harder to clear compared to the welcome offer.
You need to collect 51 status points to proceed to the second loyalty level. You will get 10 status points for wagering 1,000 USD in slots.
If you play Live games, then 0.5 status points will be credited for wagering 1,000 USD in a Live dealer casino.
I have really bad feelings about FortuneJack promotions. All of the promos here are forcing players to lose money. I am amazed by the level of greed this casino has. Let’s check the rules related to the KYC procedure at FortuneJack. One uncommon thing appears right away: they can request a phone call for an interview. While sending some documents for verification is a normal thing, asking for a phone interview is too much.
How do they deal with those players that do not speak English well? Do they have a manager for each country and language that they allow for registration?
You will also have only 14 days to complete the verification. Sending the photo of your ID is quite fast, but you may require some time to get suitable proof of address, for example. This rule creates additional risks for account termination.
I have also asked the support team regarding their KYC requirements.
The support confirmed that usually KYC procedure is being requested right on the first withdrawal. This is exactly what happened to me.
The verification process is quite easy though: you will have to send a photo of your ID and a selfie. I was not asked for a phone call or any additional document, fortunately.
The KYC section of my FortuneJack review gets only 1 point out of 5. The Curacao license does not require casinos to request a KYC verification on the first withdrawal. All these complicated rules are also adding unnecessary difficulties.

My withdrawal journey was another unpleasant experience at FortuneJack casino. I was extremely lucky to hit a giant multiplier in the Hawaiian Christmas slot by GameArt. My initial bet was 0.4 USD (0.000008611 BTC) and I was able to win 1,449 USD (0.0311924 BTC) with one single spin. The multiplier for this bet was x3622!
So after hitting this huge win and fulfilling the x2 deposit wagering rule, I decided to request a withdrawal:
Two minutes later I received an email informing me that my withdrawal was being delayed. The security team decided to check all transactions.
Five hours later, FortuneJack is asking me to pass the KYC procedure. I am sure that the verification could be requested earlier, 5 hours ago when they sent me the first letter.
I passed the verification the next day in the morning. The FortuneJack support was silent for another 24 hours and released my withdrawal only the next day after successfully passing the KYC verification.
The withdrawal has instantly arrived to my wallet.
Let’s calculate, how much time did it take for the withdrawal to be processed?
They have sent me a message that the withdrawal was delayed on the 13th of August, 16:37.
They have released my withdrawal on the 15th of August, 9:57.
So it took 41 hours and 20 minutes to receive the cashout. I guess the process will be faster for the next withdrawals, but I make my judgments according to the first experience. This section of the review gets zero points.

According to the live support statement, it is safe to use a VPN for playing at FortuneJack. I was not able to find any rules regarding the VPN in Terms and Conditions, so hopefully, we can trust the support agent on this matter.

I am very disappointed with the FortuneJack bonuses, wagering requirements, and KYC policy. It looks like the management is doing everything possible to persuade players to lose their bankroll in the fastest possible way. Despite the fact that I managed to win a solid amount, I would not recommend this casino to anyone.
There are definitely better cryptocurrency casinos available out there on the market that are offering wagering free promotions, instant withdrawals and have reasonable minimum cashout limits.
