My Honest Gamdom Review (Tested With Real Deposit)

The first time I spotted Gamdom it used to be a pure CS:GO skins’ gambling platform. This was close to five years ago and, since then, I never visited this website again. Nowadays, Gamdom is a huge crypto casino that has around 2k users online all the time.

Unfortunately, not all the games have this info box. I decided to double-check with the support team how to find the RTP for the missing games.

The support agent suggests checking the RTP with the game providers. That is probably the most useless advice, especially taking into account that the support agents know the RTP numbers. What is the reason not to publish the RTP for all the titles? I am not sure…

This section gets only three points from me. Some of the games have a very practical info box, showing all the important game-related information. But at the same time, some other games do not have any information at all.

💰 Payment methods (3/5)

Gamdom supports both crypto and fiat payment methods. Talking about cryptocurrency, the selection is pretty narrow: Bitcoin, Tether, and Litecoin.

I will use Bitcoin to test the casino. The minimum BTC deposit is 0.00005 BTC (around 2 dollars at current rates).

The minimum Bitcoin withdrawal is 0.00045 BTC (around 17 dollars).

There is no information regarding the withdrawal fee, so I decided to check this information with a support agent.

The customer support agent says that there is a small deduction on every withdrawal that should cover the network fees.

After receiving my cashout, I was able to see the deduction for my withdrawal: 0.00001174 BTC.

That is a reasonable fee, but I would like to see it somewhere in the withdrawal section. Right now, there is no information about what the fee will be. It is just deducted from your withdrawal.

There is also a 2x wagering requirement for the deposit amount before the withdrawal option would become available. I think that 2x is too much, almost all casinos have a 1x requirement.

You will get a 15% rakeback deal during the first week of playing. This is the maximum bonus that Gamdom players get on the last loyalty level, so the offer looks attractive.

The only problem with the rakeback is that it is credited in USD in a separate wallet. This makes it hard to use and withdraw. I will describe this issue later in the next section of my Gamdom review. For the welcome bonus offer, I give this casino three points. This section could get the maximum number of points if the rakeback would be credited in the same currency that you are actually using for playing.

The first promotion that every player is participating in is the King of the Hill race. This promo has a massive 100k prize pool that is distributed among 200 players. You can get a share of it by playing real money games, gaining points, and climbing to the top of the hill.

How easy is it to get into the leaderboard and win something with this promotion? I would say that it is extremely hard. This is how the top 10 looks like 28 days before the end of the race. You have to collect millions of points to become a leader.

This is my status after wagering around 500 USD. I have gained almost 200k points, but I need another 14 million points to reach the last place of the race. And there is almost an entire month for other players to progress, so I guess that even 14 million points would not be enough by the end of the promo.

You have to be a huge highroller to compete in this promotion. Even the last place and the smallest prize of 40 USD will require a giant effort from your side.

Let’s now move to the main promotion that every player can get – the rakeback. There are three types of rakeback available at Gamdom: instant, weekly and monthly.

The amount of rakeback depends on your loyalty level. It starts with a 6% instant rakeback on the first levels.

The maximum rakeback percent that you can get is 15% on the final loyalty level.

There are no level-up rewards given for reaching new levels. The only benefit is the higher percentage of rakeback that is paid to the user.

All the rewards are credited with no wagering requirements, meaning that you can withdraw them right after you get them.

The rakeback is paid as a portion of the house edge of real money games that you play.

The support agent did not tell me the formula for calculating the XP points.

So, I have placed bets on 2 USD and realized that this added 750 XP points to my progress. It means that if you play slot games, then you will be getting 375 XP per dollar wagered.

After playing for a while, I decided to request my rakeback, which was 1.74 USD.

There is also a surprise promotion that will reward you for the activity generated the previous day.

I have claimed my surprise the next day.

Yes, all the rewards are being paid to your USD wallet, no matter what currency you are using for gambling. It means that I cannot withdraw the rewards together with my winnings if I play with Bitcoin. There is also no way to transfer the USD balance to BTC or any other coin.

The minimum withdrawal amount is around 17 dollars for Bitcoin, 11 dollars for Litecoin, and 200 dollars for USDT. It means that the only thing that I can do with my 2 USD balance is to gamble it.

I do like the concept of a multi-level rakeback system, but the USD payment story is totally killing the idea. There is absolutely no interest for me to manage two separate balances. If I deposit money in Bitcoin, then I want to get my rewards in the same wallet.

According to the transaction history, the withdrawal was requested at 14:56.

It was released to my wallet two minutes later at 14:58.

I give this section of the review the maximum number of points. The cashout was processed in two minutes with no additional hassle.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (3/5)

Gamdom’s Terms and Conditions state that you cannot use a VPN to bypass country restrictions.

I have also asked the support team what their current VPN policy is. The agent told me that while VPN is not allowed, your account won’t be banned for using it.

There is a slight difference between what is specified in the T&Cs and the support agent’s statements regarding VPN usage. The support agent says that your account won’t be banned, but at the same time, he also says that VPN is not allowed on the website. I deduct two points to this section of the Gamdom review for this uncertainty.

I feel that Gamdom casino has the potential to become one of the top gambling websites for cryptocurrency players. It has the foundation of what an ideal casino needs. It has a solid welcome offer bonus, it has an exciting rakeback structure, the live support works in a professional way, the RTP values for some of the games are already present on the website, and the casino offers cheap and fast withdrawals.

Gamdom has some minor issues that are pretty easy to fix. I would keep an eye on this casino and update this review if there will be any fixes done.
