My Honest JackBit Review (Tested With A Real Deposit)

JackBit is a new casino that was released in 2022 and it is operating with crypto assets only. It means that you have to own cryptocurrency in order to play here; traditional payment methods are not accepted. As a pure crypto gambler, I decided to try JackBit casino and create a detailed review of this platform.

I will use my own money for testing purposes. You can be sure that this JackBit review is unbiased and not sponsored. The whole experiment will be completed in several days so that I could test the payments, games, bonuses, and customer support service.

Is it worth playing at JackBit using cryptocurrencies? Below you will find the results of my gambling experience with this casino and all the pros and cons as a conclusion.

✔️ Is JackBit legit? (5/5)

JackBit is a licensed platform that holds a Curacao license, which is well-known among many other crypto casinos. This is not only the cheapest gambling license available but also one of the easiest to get. These are some of the reasons why we see hundreds of casinos operating under the Curacao authority.

The licensed status allows JackBit casino to establish partnerships with some of the most popular game providers and gives a sort of protection to players. There are several situations in which you can try to seek help from the licensing authority, such as illegitimate account closure or winnings confiscation.

Always pay attention to the Terms & Conditions before depositing money in any casino. Even a licensed gambling website can have tough rules regarding bonuses, which may lead to misunderstanding and winnings-related problems.

I was not able to find any issues with JackBit, so at this moment, the casino looks like a safe-to-play platform. This section of the review gets the maximum rating of five points, but we need to keep in mind that the website is still pretty new. One or two years are required for a new crypto casino to get enough reviews from users to be considered safe or not.

🎲 Games and providers (5/5)

The casino navigation is comfortable to use and is divided into several categories, so you will easily find the section that you are searching for.

Slot players have a wide selection of 6704 titles on offer, which is a huge number of games. JackBit publishes slots from almost all well-known studios, so I didn’t experience any problems with finding a game to play during my experiment.

Live casino players also have a generous selection of live dealer tables. Evolution, Pragmatic, Ezugi, and several other smaller game studios can be found at JackBit.

The wide list of games is the strongest part of JackBit casino and this section of the review gets five points. I believe that every player will easily find his favourite slot or live casino titles here. Those who like to bet on sports also have a chance to do so.

🎰 Slots RTP (0/5)

JackBit does not show any RTP or house edge numbers for the games published on the website. The support agent was not willing to answer my question regarding the RTP and sent me a link to a fairness-related article.

This section of JackBit’s review does not receive any points of rating.

💰 Payment methods (1/5)

There are 14 crypto assets that are accepted at JackBit for deposits and withdrawals, including multiple stablecoins.

According to the support agent, there are no minimum deposit or withdrawal limits here, so you can theoretically start playing with any amount you want.

The wagering requirement for the deposited amount is standard here, you will have to play through your deposit only once.

The support agent shared with me an example related to sports betting first, which is 1x with at least 1.3 odds. The agent told me that for casino games the pay-out should be at least 1.3, which does not make any sense.

The explanation did not clarify anything at all. It looks like the support agent is a bit confused about the wagering calculations for the casino games. This is the first time I see such rules for wagers.

I believe that there is a 1x wagering rule for casino games, no matter if you win or lose.

I made my first deposit using Bitcoin.

The balance on JackBit casino was shown after the transaction received its first confirmation.

The support agent confirmed that there are no withdrawal fees deducted. However, this is not true.

This is the moment when I requested my withdrawal back to my Bitcoin wallet. As you can see the amount is 0.00512937 BTC.

And this is the record from the blockchain, where you can see that only 0.00472937 BTC reached my wallet.

It means that JackBit deducted 0.0004 BTC as a withdrawal fee, which is almost 7 USD at current Bitcoin prices.

The support agent said that this deduction was made by the payment provider or during currency changes. I am not sure what kind of currency changes might be involved here, as I deposited via BTC and requested the payment in BTC as well. The website balance is also displayed in Bitcoin, so there are no currency changes.

When I started arguing on this matter, the agent simply shifted responsibility to the payment provider.

This is the scenario that I hate the most. There are many casinos that do deduct a withdrawal fee, but they show the amount of the fee beforehand. JackBit does not show the fee on the withdrawal screen and the support team provided false information as well.

I give this section of JackBit’s review only one point. I don’t like when crypto casinos deduct a fee for releasing withdrawals. This is still acceptable when the process is clear and transparent. In this case, the casino is simply stealing a portion of money from every withdrawal.

Players should not care if the payment provider or any other third-party service applies fees. The casino is responsible for every money operation happening on the website and should provide correct information regarding any deductions.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (0/5)

I was not able to find any welcome bonuses at JackBit, so I decided to double-check it with the support agent.

After sending several questions, the support agent finally confirmed that there are no welcome bonuses on offer.

This section of the review does not get any points of rating, unfortunately.

📢 Promotions (1/5)

Let’s now check the promotions. JackBit has a dedicated section where all the promos are listed.

One of the promotions on the list, the Grand Holidays Tournament, expired more than a month ago. Not sure why the management decided to keep it on the promos list then.

The only promotion that is worth the attention is the 3+1 Free Bet promo, although it is not related to casino games. If you like to bet on sports, then a free bet promo would be a nice reward.

Other than that, there are no special promotions from the casino itself. The Drops and Wins promo is sponsored by the Pragmatic Play provider and is available on many other gambling websites.

The JackBit Tournament is not live yet and there is no information on when it will be launched. Cashout is just a feature for sports betting and cannot be classified as a promo.

According to the support, there are no other promotions for loyal players such as level-up bonuses or rakeback.

JackBit cannot offer any interesting promotions to casino players. The only worth-taking promo is dedicated to sportsbook fans. This section of JackBit’s review gets only one point from me.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (3/5)

Below you can see the list of restricted countries. Keep in mind that this list might be updated in the future.

As with every other Curacao-licensed casino, JackBit reserves the right to ask for a KYC verification.

The support agent has also confirmed that the KYC check is not mandatory to get the first withdrawal, but in general, it could be requested on some rare occasions.

I give this section of the review three points out of five. This is a standard rating for all Curacao casinos that reserve the right to ask for KYC verification.

👨‍💻 Customer support (3/5)

The availability of the live chat customer service is good, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the quality. Many times, the answers were irrelevant or just contained copy/pasted stuff with links that provide no answer to the question asked.

This section of JackBit’s review gets three points. While the live chat agents are always online and easy to contact, the quality of the service is still pretty poor.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (2/5)

I requested my withdrawal back to the same Bitcoin wallet on the 20th of December at 15:06.

The withdrawal was confirmed 16 hours later on the 21st of December at 07:24.

Three minutes later, the transaction became visible on the blockchain as well.

It took 16 hours for JackBit to confirm my withdrawal request. I believe that this is too much for a crypto casino. Most gambling platforms try to release the payment in less than 20 minutes. This section of JackBit’s review gets only two points. It is obvious that 16 hours is a huge timeframe for cryptocurrency-related operations.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (5/5)

There is no information regarding the usage of VPN in the Terms and Conditions. The live support agent confirmed that VPN is not anyhow restricted to playing at JackBit.

This section of the review gets the maximum number of points.

🏁 Final verdict (2.5/5)

At this point, I would strongly recommend picking another crypto casino to play at. JackBit does not have any features that could interest any category of players. While the selection of games is large, this is the only positive aspect of the casino.

You will not find any welcome bonuses or regular promotions for loyal players, the support team will often try to get rid of you and you will be robbed on every withdrawal by fee deductions, which are not mentioned anywhere. The speed of withdrawals is also below the average, so it can easily take up to 24 hours to get your money to your crypto wallet.
