Let’s now check the cashback offer. It says that cashback is paid without the obligation to pass a KYC check. This bonus has no bet limits or wagering requirements attached, which is also a very positive thing.

Honestly speaking, the cashback amount is only 15%, which you can get three times on your first three deposits. I guess that 45% is simply misleading information and this number should not be used for marketing purposes.

Another important cashback rule is that the amount withdrawn cannot exceed 60% of the deposited amount and that your balance should be lower than 10 USD to receive 15% back. In other words, the casino will only reward you if you experience a massive loss, which is not something that you expect to happen once you start playing.

I give this section of Justbit’s review only two points out of five. The free spins offer might be a good way to start playing, but keep in mind that you would need to disclose all your personal details. The next level will already require you to collect 50 points (5,000 EUR in bets). The final levels are impossible to reach if you are not a highroller.

I reached the first level after wagering 500 EUR and received a 0.00021259 BTC reward.

This is around 5 USD at the current exchange rate.

Let’s now talk about the rakeback. The maximum amount of rakeback is 15% and your start at 10%.

The rakeback should be paid from the house edge of the games you play, and it should not have any wagering requirements attached.

After playing for a while, I noticed that the rakeback is not being calculated properly. This is the amount of rakeback that I was able to request after making 86% towards the first VIP level.

500 x 86% = 430 EUR. This is the amount that I have wagered so far. I was only playing slot games with an RTP varying from 96% to 97%. It means that the house edge of my bets should not be less than 3%. So how much in rakeback should I receive then? 430 x 3% = 12.9 EUR (this is the rake), 12.9 x 10% = 1.29 EUR this is the minimal rakeback that should be available.

The biggest drawback that I currently see at Justbit is the performance problem that some games are experiencing. There are some other small issues, such as proper T&Cs, formulas, and communication, that could be easily fixed. But when we are talking about the casino, then offering stable games is an essential thing. It makes no sense to provide rewarding bonuses or promotions if your games are stuck all the time.
