Before publishing this review, I have also managed to raise this issue on Owl.games’ official bitcointalk thread. A representative told me that the casino is serving Bitcoin transactions using 3^rd party services and that it has a fixed 5 USD fee.

Then, I have asked about this rule in the casino’s T&Cs stating that there should not be any withdrawal fee applied. The casino representative was silent for 4 days and then confirmed that their Terms and Conditions should be updated regarding this matter.

In order to get your first level-up prize, you need to place $80 in bets. I started to play Pragmatic games, which are configured in the wrong way. After betting around $100, my progress was still displaying as zero.

After chatting with a customer support agent, they passed the issue to the tech department. I still did not receive any update on that, unfortunately.

Then, I played slots from other software providers, finally received my first level and my first reward.
