My Honest Pasino Review (Tested With A Real Deposit)

There are not that many Pasino reviews that you can find online, even though this casino has a significant base of players. It looks like Pasino’s owners are also operating the FaucetPay website, one of the largest crypto faucets and micropayment wallets. It is used as the main source to get traffic to their online casino. I have also seen several streamers play here.

Today I will test this casino out and compile my own Pasino review. As always, I will use my personal funds to make a deposit and play different games. Keep reading this article to know more about the bonuses, promotions, and overall quality of the services provided by Pasino.

✔️ Is Pasino legit? (3/5)

As stated on Pasino’s website, the online casino is operating under the laws of Costa Rica. While it may sound like there is an authority regulating its gambling operations, it means that Pasino does not hold any license.

The unregulated status of the casino does not mean that their services are not trustworthy. However, you need to keep this fact in mind. If you face any issue related to your funds (for example, problems with your withdrawal), there will be no chance to submit a complaint to local authorities and get support from them.

I was not able to find any unresolved issues connected to Pasino. This casino has a significant player base so any dishonest behavior would definitely be mentioned online. In this section of the review, Pasino gets three points out of five from me. At this moment, the casino is properly processing the payments to users, nevertheless, the absence of a license still leaves some risks.

🎲 Games and providers (4/5)

There are more than 40 different software providers presented on the Pasino website, including some popular ones such as Pragmatic, Quickspin, GameArt, and Evolution.

The game selection is sufficient for regular and casual players, but the way of organizing the casino lobby is not that intuitive and comfortable. While the lobby is divided into different sections, it is still hard to navigate and switch between original games, slots, and table games.

For example, when you click the Live section, the provider’s filter still shows the whole list of casino game developers. Therefore, you can find slots rather than just live games, making the whole filter useless.

This section of Pasino’s review gets four points. I deduct one point for the lobby organization logic that is not user-friendly and should be improved.

🎰 Slots RTP (0/5)

There are two sections on the main page of Pasino’s website that include the RTP values of the recently added and trending games, but for some reason, you will not find the RTP for any other games presented.

These two sections only show the information of six games each, but this is definitely not enough. Why are the RTP numbers not published somewhere on the game pages? This is a very good question. Especially taking into account that Pasino does have access to these RTP values. Unfortunately, I cannot credit any points in this section of the review.

💰 Payment methods (4/5)

Pasino is a pure cryptocurrency gambling website, and the list of the supported coins is impressive. It does not only include all the popular digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Binance Coin, but you can also use Solana, Bittorent, and other less popular crypto assets.

The minimum deposit amount that was set for Bitcoin is 0.00001 BTC. It is also worth pointing out that one network confirmation is needed for the transaction to be credited to your balance.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.0002 BTC and you will have to pay a fee of 0.00003 BTC to process the cashout.

At the current Bitcoin market price, 0.00003 BTC is worth around 0.87 USD.

I was not able to find any information regarding the wagering requirements attached to the deposited amount. Usually, online casinos ask users to wager their deposited funds from 1 to 10 times in order to activate the “withdraw” function, but it looks like Pasino does not require that.

I have made my first deposit using Bitcoin.

The Bitcoin deposit became instantly visible on Pasino’s transaction history.

After the transaction received the first network confirmation the balance became ready and available for gambling.

This section of Pasino’s review gets four points out of five of rating from me. The selection of cryptocurrencies is huge, and the minimum deposit & withdrawal amounts look reasonable. The only thing I don’t like here is the withdrawal fee, which can be a negative thing for small players.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (0/5)

There are no welcome bonuses available for first-time depositors at Pasino. That is a popular policy that lots of crypto casinos apply nowadays. It is a hard task to design a welcome offer that will reward the players on one hand and, at the same time, will be safe for the business. Welcome bonuses are often subject to abuse, so the lack of fraud department and management experience leads to the abandonment of welcome offers.

This section does not receive any points. It is a pity that some casino brands decide not to use such a powerful marketing instrument as a welcome bonus. Gambling is all about emotions and players are keener to start playing at a website that can provide excitement right from the start.

📢 Promotions (3/5)

There are multiple casino promotions that Pasino is offering to its players:

  • Daily lucky spin
  • Feyorra wager mining
  • Feyorra staking
  • Wagering race
  • Rakeback
  • Level-up rewards
  • Medals

The arsenal of promotions looks promising, but the main question here is whether all these promos are rewarding or not. Let’s check each promo one by one.

Lucky spin

You can spin the wheel of fortune every day free of charge. While there are Bitcoin, Ethereum and other real coins presented on the wheel, most of the time you will win fun money that has no value at all.

I have only won GEM tokens on my lucky spins.

These were added to my 5k GEM token stack that is given to every player after the registration process.

It is clearly stated that the GEM tokens can only be used to test the casino. You cannot deposit or withdraw them.

If you were lucky enough to win anything real in the Lucky spin promo, then share your success story in the comments below. I believe that a chance to win a real coin is extremely miserable.

Wager mining

You will be getting Feyorra tokens when you gamble with real money on Pasino. These tokens do have some value but do not expect to earn a lot, as FEY tokens are really cheap.

I was able to mine 22 Feyorra coins (worth less than $0.10) after wagering 315 USD.

The minimum withdrawal amount for FEY tokens is 2000 and you will have to pay 1200 FEY as a cashout fee.

Staking

Another option to get some additional profits with your mined FEY tokens is to stake them and get dividends. In order to do this, you need to verify your Feyorra using the popular Metamask wallet.

I do like the idea of staking, but you have to own a large number of tokens in order to gain any real income here.

Wagering race

This is a straightforward promotion that rewards users making a lot of real money bets. There are many other similar promotions offered by other online casinos.

Rakeback

With the rakeback promotion, you will get a certain percentage of your wagers back. The rakeback rate depends on your level at the casino. You start receiving rewards at a rate of 0.15% and you can get 0.75% of rakeback on the final 70th level.

After placing bets wort 315$ USD I was able to claim 0.00001366 BTC (around $0.40) back.

Level-up rewards

Your level can be easily checked in the dashboard, and you have to reach 100 XP to move to the first level.

You get 1 experience point for each $1 wagered in any of the games present in this online casino.

Here you can see the wagering requirements for the first five levels of Pasino.

And below, you can see the requirements for the final levels. You have to wager $486+ million in order to reach the final 70th level.

After wagering $315 I have reached the 6th level. These are the rewards that were credited to my account.

All the level-up rewards are paid in Tether (USDT) and I have received around $0.0045 in total.

Medals

You can also receive USDT rewards for collecting Pasino medals.

These medals are created in form of achievements, connected to different website features and games. They stimulate you to place more bets with different coins, be active in the chat, and organize the rains (money giveaways for chat members).

The first reward of 20 USDT will be given to players after collecting 5 medals, and I must say that even achieving 5 medals is a quite challenging thing to do.

This is what my profile looks like before the withdrawal. I have placed bets worth $315, reached the 6th level, and have lost around $103.

My level-up USDT rewards and FEY token received with mining are miserable, so I cannot even place a single bet with the money won by participating in those promotions.

I give this section of Pasino’s review three points out of five. While the arsenal of promotions looks solid, the actual rewards are miserable and can only be profitable on the higher levels. The idea of mining and staking is cool, but you should treat it like a fun thing, as no real profits can be made here as a casual player.

I also think that rakeback and level-up rewards are the perfect promotions to keep the players engaged, but the size of the prizes you get on the first levels is just not worth it. The main problem with Pasino promotions is that there is no certain focus. They spread some cents here and there, but in total, you don’t get any significant rewards. You get entertainment but don’t expect to make any extra money with these promotions.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (3/5)

While Pasino does not hold a license to operate online, they still have a list of prohibited territories.

Another surprising fact is that Pasino reserves the right to conduct KYC verifications. This verification could be requested even if there is no regulatory authority that could require such actions.

This section of the review gets three points out of five. This is a standard rating for those casinos that have KYC requirements in their Terms and Conditions.

👨‍💻 Customer support (0/5)

Now, this is the most disappointing part of the whole Pasino review process. I was not able to get any assistance from support agents at this casino. There is no live chat option, and the only way to contact support – is a dedicated ‘Contact us’ form.

I have sent a couple of questions using this form but never received an answer. To be honest, I did not experience any issues with the website during my experiment. All the rewards were automatically paid to my balance and all the features of the website such as mining and staking are well described. There were no reasons for me to actually look for assistance, but I still think that some sort of a support service should be presented.

A live chat is a perfect and most comfortable way of providing support, however, this is the most expensive customer support option in terms of operation. Even the ‘contact us’ form would be enough for a start, but it looks like no one is reading those inquiries on the casino side.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (5/5)

I have made my Bitcoin withdrawal to the same BTC wallet.

The request appeared in the casino’s transaction history.

One minute later it was released and became visible in my wallet.

It looks like Pasino has an automated cashout process, which is really great and deserves the maximum rating in this section.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (3/5)

I was not able to find any mentions of VPN usage in the casino’s terms and conditions. As there is no support that could help me to figure out the status of VPN in Pasino I can assume that the use of a VPN is not forbidden. I give only three points in this section of the review as there is no certain information regarding that matter.

🏁 Final verdict (2.5/5)

I have mixed feelings regarding Pasino’s gambling platform. They have a good arsenal of games and entertaining promotions. Instant withdrawals are also a feature that most players would definitely like. But at the same time, the casino holds no license, provides no support to its players, and has superficial T&Cs.

I can see the strong potential that Pasino has, but it requires some serious updates to become one of the top crypto casinos. At this moment, you can find lots of other licensed brands providing better support, free withdrawals, and more rewarding promotions.

Hi, I would like to think about whether you should keep Pasino at your top. I had an experience with them recently and am very disappointed with the gambling there. I got a good win streak when I went up to $10,000, I started playing $200 per bet, and I had 2 big wins in Endorphina provider. Geisha – $24,000 and Buffalo 50 – $34,000. From each win, I received $15,000, everything else was simply written off by the casino. The fact that the maximum win is limited is not specified in any way in the rules, you can only find it under each game.

I started complaining in their telegram group that this is wrong on their part. If they have this kind of restriction, then they must place the maximum bet in the game corresponding to the maximum multiplication of the game. That is if they allow 15000 winnings for 1 bet, and in the game the maximum multiplication can be 1000, then the maximum bet should not be more than 15 dollars. Then these limits make sense. But when they let me bet $200, I spend $20,000 to hit the bonus game, and I get $15,000 out of $34,000, this makes me very frustrated. I spoke about it in their official group, no offense, and I was banned both from the group and the casino.
