My Honest TrustDice Review (Tested With a Real Deposit)

I continue reviewing the most popular cryptocurrency gambling websites, and today will be checking the TrustDice casino. As always, I risk my own money to grab as much information about the websites as possible.

To compile this TrustDice review I have deposited 0.005 BTC, I have activated the first deposit bonus, and I have managed to reach the first level in the loyalty program. Is the welcome offer worth it? Is the loyalty program rewarding? How fast does the casino pay the cashouts? Keep reading this review to find out all these details.

✔️ Is TrustDice legit? (5/5)

TrustDice is operating on the market since 2018 and I was not able to find any serious problems connected to this online gambling site. Their service has evolved from a simple Dice game into a full-fledged casino website.

If we check the license that TrustDice is operating under, then we shall see a well-known Curacao based authority. Is this a valid license to successfully work in the gambling space? Yes. Is this a reliable license that will defend the players in controversial situations? Unfortunately, no.

This section of the TrustDice review gets five points out of five. There are no unresolved issues related to this casino and they receive mostly positive feedbacks from the gambling community.

🎲 Games and providers (4/5)

All games of TrustDice are comfortably divided into separate categories: Sports, Dice, Crash, Casino, and Live casino. You can also use a search box to easily find any game you want to play.

Slots are presented with multiple game providers. The list is not that huge, but this should be more than enough for any slot player.

The Live Casino lobby is currently offering games from five different providers, which is a nice selection.

The only problem that I’ve noticed with games at TrustDice is related to the limits of different slot providers. Let’s take Pragmatic for example, the minimum bet available there is 25uBTC.

If we convert this to dollars, then we get 1 USD. This is a large amount for a minimum slot bet.

I give four points to this section. I deduct one point for the poorly configured bet limits when playing with crypto.

🎰 Slots RTP (0/5)

TrustDice does not show any information about the return-to-players (RTP) rate. The support agent said that I can actually check the RTP using the information provided by the game itself.

But this is not good advice. Not all the games show the RTP information.

TrusDice is offering several bonuses with wagering requirements attached, therefore, it is important to know the RTP rate of the slots you play.

Nowadays, some slot providers produce the same game with different RTP settings. This is up to the casino to decide which RTP to provide. That makes transparency a very valuable thing for players.

💰 Payment methods (4/5)

TrustDice has a large number of cryptocurrencies accepted as a deposit method.

When you click the “More” button, you will see a list of hundreds of crypto assets that can be sent to the platform for gambling. That’s impressive.

TrustDice deducts fees on withdrawals for all crypto assets present in the list. At the time of writing, the withdrawal fee for Bitcoin cashout was twice as big as the actual network requirement.

Here is my deposit window. I was able to make a deposit paying half the fees the same day.

Another important rule that you need to pay attention to is the wagering requirements for the deposit amount. Here you need to wager your deposit at least once in order to request a withdrawal.

For the payments section of the TrustDice review, I deduct one point for the unconfigured withdrawal fees. I also do not like the fact that there is a deposit wagering requirement attached, but 1x wagering is something that already became a standard.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (2/5)

Talking about TrustDice’s first deposit bonus, they have a pretty regular offer here: a 100% match bonus up to 1 BTC and 25 free spins added on top of that. Both offers come with a 40x wagering requirement.

You would only contribute to the wagering progress if you play slot games.

After making a 0.005 BTC deposit I have received a message informing me that the bonus was credited to the account.

Now we can see the details. I need to wager 0.2 BTC to clear up the bonus with a maximum bet of 0.0007 BTC. You also have just a week to wager the bonus.

Here we see the free spins with the status “Pending.” The game for using the free spins is Fire Lightning by Bgaming.

When I tried to activate the spins together with the 100% match bonus, an error message informed me that it is impossible to have two active bonuses. So, I will play the free spins once the match bonus will be canceled.

Why would I cancel the match bonus? Because, mathematically, it is impossible to clear that bonus without losing it all.

I need to wager 0.2 BTC.

Let’s say that I play a 96% RTP slot. After wagering 0.2 BTC, in the long run, I will lose 0.2 x 4% = 0.008 BTC. My deposit amount is lower than the amount I would theoretically lose after wagering the bonus money.

Your balance is also divided into two different sections: the first one will show your real money balance, the second one is for the bonus money. All the winnings that you manage to get during the active bonus time will be stored in your bonus balance.

After canceling the 100% match bonus, I decided to take the free spins offer. I was able to win 0.0001515 BTC after playing 25 free spins. I only have to wager 0.00606 BTC to clear this bonus out, which looks doable.

Sooner or later, you will be out of real money balance, as winnings are stored on the bonus balance. This happened to me when I was close to 70.88% progress of clearing the bonus. For further bets, the bonus balance will be used.

After a while, the free spins bonus was wagered and my bonus balance became the real one.

I give this section of the review two points out of five. The match bonus is mathematically unprofitable, and it is not worth taking. The free spins bonus is realistic to wager out, however, do not expect to win a lot after playing those 25 free spins.

📢 Promotions (3/5)

If you decide to play at TrustDice, then get used to receive and use TXT tokens. Here you will get them everywhere: for completing tasks, for playing games, and also as prizes in the loyalty program.

My first TXT tokens were sent to me after I added and confirmed my email.

You can use Uniswap to exchange these TXT for Bitcoin or any other altcoin. There is also a possibility to withdraw TXT to a wallet.

TXT is not the most popular and expensive cryptocurrency, 20 TXT equal to 0.0016 USD at the time of writing this blog. It looks like you will also need to make a deposit of at least 0.5 mBTC before you can actually withdraw your TXT tokens, or any other rewards gained while performing different tasks.

Besides TXT rewards, completing the tasks will also boost your level points. There are not that many tasks to complete and those will basically help you to know better the functionality of the website.

Every six hours there is also a possibility to choose one of the coins from the faucet and receive a small portion of it. On higher loyalty levels, the faucet will become available more frequently.

There is a huge ecosystem built around the TXT token at TrustDice. You can mine TXT by playing real money games and you can lock your TXT to get dividends.

As per the dividends’ potential calculator, you will get 0.12 USD daily, 3.72 USD monthly and 45.36 USD annually after locking 1 million TXT tokens. Of course, these profits can change, as they will change according to the volatility of the market and the actual price of the cryptocurrency.

I find this TXT story interesting, but nothing more than that. Why do people visit gambling websites? To play the games and have fun, apparently. If I would like to invest in crypto, start mining, or lock some coins for getting dividends, then I would probably visit some other websites.

Now, let’s check the loyalty program created by TrustDice. You start as a Shrimp, and you will be progressing through 7 main levels. Each of the main levels consists of multiple sub-levels, so there should be a lot of fun and action. Spoiler: unfortunately, this is not the case.

Level points are rewarded depending on the real money played in all the games present on the platform. Slots and sports betting will contribute 100%, dice and crash 50%, and if you are a live casino player, then only 5% of your bets will be transformed into level points.

This is how you will see the progress in your dashboard. The program looks cool in terms of design, but is it actually rewarding? Let’s find out.

There are four types of prizes that you will get while every time you improve your level: free TXT coins, no wagering free spins, cashback, and shorter faucet times.

Cashback is also credited in the form of a wagering-free amount, which is great.

I have wagered 200 USD in slots and have managed to get the first Crab level.

It rewarded me with 200 TXT coins, which at the current rate is only 0.016 USD. As you can see, the next level would reward me with 3,000 TXT = 0.24 USD after wagering 2k USD.

If we check the next levels, then the situation doesn’t get much better. You will be rewarded with 10,000 TXT (0.8 USD) and 5 free spins after wagering 5,000 USD. On the Fish 2 level, after placing bets for a total amount of 16k USD you will get 15,000 TXT (1.2 USD) and another 5 free spins.

As you can see, the rewards are miserable. I like the style of this loyalty program. I like the design, and I like how clear this promotion is described in the T&Cs. But it is absolutely killing me with worthless rewards and TXT tokens as prizes.

For me, this payment model is a bit complicated and wrong. I would love to receive my rewards in the currency that I am actually gambling with, Bitcoin. All other tokens are just creating an additional headache that I am not supposed to get while having fun and gambling.

If the owners of TrustDice love these TXT tokens, it does not mean that everyone should also get in love with them. I prefer to play with Bitcoin, so please, give me at least a chance to choose whether I want to deal with TXT coins or not.

I have the same problem with the two contests that I describe next. For example, in the Dice wagering contest, the prizes are paid in Tether, this is written in the promo’s T&Cs. Thank god, you don’t get paid in TXT again, but why should I get USDT if I am not using this currency for playing?

The prizes in the Crash wagering contest are paid in Bitcoin. That might be a suitable coin for me, but what about guys that are playing with Ethereum for example? We see the same problem here.

TrustDice has a really good arsenal of promotions. The only problem is that the management does not understand how to properly use it. I deduct one point for the miserable rewards in the loyalty program and another point for the currency inconsistency that we can literally see in every promotion.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (3/5)

The Know Your Customer procedure is also in place in this platform, as the casino is operating under the Curacao license and is obligated to initiate KYC verifications.

Be prepared to pass a mandatory KYC check once your total withdrawal amount reaches 2k euro.

I have also asked the support if the KYC check can be asked right upon the first withdrawal and looks like this is not the case.

👨‍💻 Customer support (4/5)

The customer support service is fine, but it can be slow sometimes. I have waited 12 minutes to get the first answer, although their Live chat window says that the average answer is taking under 5 minutes.

I deduct one point here for the slow responses, but in general, the chat agents were friendly and helpful.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (5/5)

According to the T&C in some cases, the withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

After clearing the free spins bonus, I have around 0.002 BTC left on my balance. Now let’s request a cashout.

The withdrawal was released four minutes after I made the request and, pretty soon, the transaction was confirmed by the network.

This section of the TrustDice review gets the maximum number of points possible, as the withdrawal was quickly processed.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (5/5)

I was not able to find any information regarding VPN usage in the casino’s T&Cs. The support agent confirmed that I can play at TrustDice using a VPN.

🏁 Final verdict (3.5/5)

TrustDice has everything to become one of the best crypto casinos. The arsenal of games and promotions is huge. The only problem is that TrustDice managers also need to understand how to use this arsenal in the right way. You can easily deposit funds, play games, and receive a fast cashout here. Nonetheless, don’t expect to earn extra money in the loyalty program.

At its current state, TrustDice is an average casino with huge potential. Hopefully, it will be able to climb to the top of the cryptocurrency gambling niche one day.

TrustDice is a very well-known crypto casino. They have a provably fair system built in, so players can check every roll or spin they make in the casino and verify that they were not cheated. They have an excellent Trustpilot rating of 4.5/5 and over 800k daily players. They have a nice colorful user interface and a very responsive website, so no complaints in that regard.

The registration process is quite simple and only takes 30 seconds. Once you have completed it and have verified your email address, you will have access to the 100% deposit and free spins bonus along with much more, such as a free on-site faucet, daily giveaways, and free bets! Plus, they have a VIP club where you can get prizes like cashback and freespins by just playing and ranking up.

Trustdice currently allows bitcoin, ethereum, and EOS for crypto deposits. The minimum withdrawal for bitcoin is 1MBTC and it varies depending on the currency you’re playing with. I have personally received all my withdrawals instantly. Manual verification does exist, but it’s not frequent.

I usually play at trustdice 4 times a week and every time I play there usually just for sports bet/blackjack and a few times for slots.

The feature I like the most from trustdice is they give their Players TXT which is the more you bet the more you will get. With this TXT you can just stake it and get daily rewards based on the amount you stake TXT.

They have a faucet too which is rarely offered by casinos nowadays. So from the faucet, you can use it to play and earn TXT then stake it again. By doing this I already have more than 80k TXT staked from the faucet and my deposit too.

Don’t forget there is satoshi club too which offers up to 20% cashback that you can get by leveling it up. The bad thing about this satoshi club is it will reset every month if they don’t reset it maybe many players will come to play there.

I usually play crash games at trust dice and thoroughly enjoy the experience. The interface of the crash game is so cool.
Also trust dice is a site where you will find everything you can wish for. They have a faucet which I used few times when I started playing at trust dice.
Also I enjoy the chatroom which is easily possible on the main screen of the site. The chatroom is so much essential as you can ask about anything and people are always available to help you. Sometimes when I am at a loss, I just pass my time going through the chats and giving myself a time.
They also have Satoshi Club where you can level up points and rewards. I love that 20% Cashback offer which I can cash it out any time without wagering requirements. Its easy to use and a lot of fun playing at trust dice.
