My Honest Wildtornado Review (Tested With Real Deposit)

Several weeks ago, I received a message on Bitcointalk from Wildtornado’s manager. He asked me to review their casino. After browsing the website and checking users’ feedback, I realized that it might be an interesting case to show to my readers. I discovered that Wildtornado is full of issues: it has wagering requirements for all bonuses, mixed reviews, and contradictory opinions from real players.

To create this Wildtornado review, I have made my first deposit, I had lots of conversations with customer support, I’ve passed the KYC verification and I have finally received my withdrawal. It was a tough task to receive the payment. It required a lot of time and live support assistance. Keep reading this review to know all these details.

✔️ Is Wildtornado legit? (4/5)

Like many other crypto-friendly casinos, Wildtornado is operating under Curacao’s license. Why? Because this is one of the easiest-to-get licenses. It allows you to run a gambling business without any problems. At the same time, Curacao is known to be one of the least protective authorities when it comes to solving users’ problems with gambling platforms.

The feedback that this platform has on TrustPilot is another interesting thing that I found. As you can see, the “Bad” rating prevails in the list of reviews.

The most frequent issue that real players encounter at Wildtornado casino is a difficulty connected to the cashout procedure. Lots of players reported that it is really hard to get a withdrawal: you will be asked to pass multiple checks and your payment would be delayed as much as possible.

While I was not able to find a 100% scam case, I will only deduct one point from this section of the review. Delaying payouts is a bad practice. Considering that payments are released sooner or later, Wildtornado casino cannot be considered a scam.

I have also faced the same problem. My cashout was declined and I was able to get it only after sending multiple documents for KYC verification. After completing all these tedious steps, the payment was finally released. Curacao licenses do not obligate casinos to conduct KYC checks right on the first withdrawal, so Wildtornado is definitely using this procedure to delay payouts hoping that players will lose everything before their verification gets to be completed.

🎲 Games and providers (4/5)

The selection of slots and live casino titles is good. You will be able to find all popular game providers for both categories. The only issue that I found is related to the minimal bets if you decide to play using crypto. For example, Bitcoin minimum bets are not correctly settled for several providers.

Here is the screenshot from of the Pragmatic games:

The minimum bet that you are allowed to wager is 500 uBTC, which is more than 30 USD at current rates.

Play’n Go slots have 0.1 mBTC as minimum bet. While this is five time less compared to Pragmatic games, it is still 6 USD if we convert the value to dollars.

In this section, I also deduct one point for the poor game limit configuration.

🎰 Slots RTP (0/5)

The support agent told me that I need to check the RTP information from each game provider. This is very useful advice, especially when we take into account that there are 30+ different game providers present on Wildtornado’s website.

This section of the Wildtornado review gets zero points. The RTP information should not be a secret when all your bonuses and promotions have wagering requirements attached. I am pretty sure that every casino can request the information and publish the return to player rate. There are multiple gambling websites that are doing it, so this should not be a problem.

💰 Payment methods (3/5)

There are seven different crypto assets available for deposits and withdrawals: Bitcoin, Tether, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Ripple.

Here you can see the minimum deposit amount for each of the currencies:

Here is what we have for the withdrawals. It is a bit weird that cryptocurrencies have such a low maximum withdrawal limit. I guess this is another trick that Wildtornato is using to delay players’ payments.

On the positive side, there are no withdrawal fees deducted when requesting a cashout.

But you will have to wager your deposit before you can request a withdrawal. The turnover starts from x3 and can be lowered on higher VIP levels.

I have made my first deposit with Bitcoin.

Right after that, I have reached the second tornado level. The loyalty program of Wildtornado is based on the amount of deposited money.

I deduct two points from Wildtornado in this section. The first point is deducted for the significantly low crypto withdrawal limits. The second point is deducted for the 3x wagering requirement applied to the deposited amount. It is nowadays hard to find a casino without the deposit wagering rule, but most brands stick to a 1x requirement.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (1/5)

Wildtornado offers a 100% match bonus of up to 0.016 BTC + 100 free spins on your first deposit. Is it worth taking this bonus? Let’s find out!

If we check the rules of these bonuses, then both the free spins and deposit top-up amount have a 30x wagering requirement attached.

It means that if you deposit 100 dollars and get another 100 dollars on top, you will have to wager 100 x 30 = 3000 USD before the withdrawal option becomes available. If you play a 96% RTP slot, then, after wagering 3k you are expected to lose 4% of your bets, 3000 x 4% = 120 USD.

So, before wagering this bonus you had 100 USD in your real balance and another 100 as bonus money. After losing 120 USD you will have only 80 USD left. Mathematically, this bonus is not profitable. It does not mean that you can’t hit a lucky spin and wager it all ending up with a profit, but this is a less likely scenario.

By the way, this bonus was credited to me after making the first deposit even without a bonus code. I have cancelled all the bonuses.

I have also asked several questions regarding the bonus rules. I was not able to find those points in the T&Cs. The first important question that I made was related to which balance is used first when you activate a bonus: the real balance or the bonus balance.

The support agent told me that the bonus money is used first, but I don’t believe in this statement. That type of bonus would be really unprofitable for the casino. Therefore, I decided to make some examples to double check this information.

As you can see, while the support agent states that the bonus money is used first, this is not the case. When you cancel the bonus, the whole bonus amount will be deducted from your current balance. This is not explained anywhere in the Terms & Conditions of the bonus.

The support agent sent me some random things that do not explain anything about the bonus and that were completely irrelevant to the question that I’ve made.

I have also tried to check another example together with the support agent.

The support agent tried to escape from the answer. However, I kindly asked him to check if my calculations were correct. I knew the answer before he left to check this information up: if you have an active bonus, all your winnings will be revoked when cancelling it.

When I asked him if this information was also present in their Terms and Conditions, the support agent sent me another random bullshit.

The welcome offer of Wildtornado is not profitable for the players and it is not worth taking. The T&Cs of the bonus are incomplete and do not describe multiple important rules. You need to be extra lucky to catch a high-multiplier spin during the wagering process to clear this bonus with a positive result. I give this section of the review only one point out of five.

📢 Promotions (1/5)

Let’s now check the promotions. The first thing I noticed is that all the prizes you can get via bonuses or promotions have wagering requirements attached. I find this approach very unfair. As a player, you need to make a deposit, play to get a prize, and then play even more to clear the wagering requirement. It is like doing your job twice for the same salary.

Right now, Wildtornado offers you to participate in a Halloween quest.

The rules are pretty simple. You play slot games, gain points, level up and receive prizes.

Yes, all prizes come with an x20 wagering requirement.

After completing the first level of this quest, I noticed that there was no prize credited to me, so I decided to check it with the support agent once again.

The agent told me that I will get the prize for the first level as soon as I reach the second level. I did not believe what I saw. This is why I decided to ask him once again if there was no mistake.

This is the most idiotic way to design a promotion. Using the same logic, they could start paying prizes for the first level once I reach the 10th or 20th level of the quest. Simply ridiculous.

But this is not the end of the story. There was no prize credited to me even after I reached the second level.

The support agent told me that the bonuses are not credited immediately. Let’s see, what does the T&C of the promo state?

Another controversial information here.

Six hours later I contacted the support agent again, the prize was still missing.

The support guy decided to try another strategy. He told me that I did not reach any level yet. By the way, the same guy confirmed six hours before that my bonus was going to be credited soon. I have kindly reminded him that I was actually on the second level of the quest already.

Five minutes later the bonus for the first level was credited.

I decided to activate the bonus and see what happens.

I won some money with the free spins, and I now have to wager the winning x20 times.

A few moments later, the bonus received the ‘Lost’ status. The only way to wager a small bonus out is to start winning. But as you can understand, this is not something that you and I can control 😉

Some other promotions provided by Wildtornado include tournaments.

All the prizes have x30 wagering requirements and some other restrictions such as a maximum winning cap.

There is also a VIP program that is based on the amount of deposited money.

The VIP program gives you a higher Cashback percent, higher withdrawal limits, smaller deposit turnover requirements, and more tornado points that you can exchange for money. The exchange rate is so miserable that I won’t even talk about this type of reward in this review).

And yes, even the money you get after exchanging the points is subject to wagering requirements.

What about the cashback? You are eligible to get it after losing at least 100 EUR per week. By the way, don’t forget to wager it x10 times.

The cashback should be credited automatically, but I had no chance to test it out. The support agent states that it works in this way, but I would not rely much on this answer.

If you think that there are not enough limitations, here is another one. The cashback bonus has also a maximum bet cap.

This section gets only one point from me. All those bonuses with wagering requirements are just a huge disrespect for avid players. You will be forced to wager any shitty penny that Wildtornado casino decides to credit you.

🔎 KYC and anonymity (1/5)

You will not be able to play at Wildtornado without entering your personal information. Right from the start, they ask your name and date of birth. In the next step, you will also be required to enter your address information.

I was able to find this statement on the website. It says that there is no need to verify your account in case your withdrawal is less than 200 EUR.

I also asked the support agent about the KYC verification and if it is requested before the first withdrawal. The answer was that it would depend on the situation.

After requesting my 0.005 BTC cashout, my account was instantly set to full verification.

I was asked to send both sides of my ID and proof of address.

The ID document was accepted, but the bill I sent for the address verification was identified as ‘incomplete’. Right after refusing my address document, I was also asked to send a selfie holding the ID document and a piece of paper.

All the documents should be uploaded in the player’s profile, where you can track the status of verification. The most annoying thing is that all documents were in “pending” status for several hours and the only way to get them verified was to contact the live support.

I have asked to check my documents multiple times. The whole KYC verification process took more than 24 hours to be completed.

This section of Wildtornado review gets only one point out of five. You are forced to share all your personal information right upon registration. Your account, most likely, will be sent to full KYC verification before the first cashout. The verification process is very slow, and you will always have to push the support team to speed things up.

I managed to complete the KYC in 24 hours, but if you are not that persistent and you are not ready to put pressure on the support agents, then this process could easily last for several days.

👨‍💻 Customer support (1/5)

The live support agents were always online and available to chat, but this is the only positive thing about the support service. Every question I asked confused the agents. They were always double checking the information or sending completely random useless stuff instead of an answer.

Here I give you some examples. I asked the support agent why the bonus was credited on the first deposit even if I did not add a welcome bonus code. The agent simply confirmed that my bonus was added and that I have cancelled it.

The following is a situation in which I ask about the wagering status of my deposit. The support agent sent me a random number that was absolutely not relevant to my question.

Another agent tried to find out my name rather than providing a short and clear answer to the question I asked.

This is another attempt of finding out the wagering status for the deposited amount.

The agent requested me information about when I have deposited my funds. Later, he confirmed that my deposit was credited successfully.

I have also asked to transfer me to another agent, but I had no good luck.

These are just some of the examples. I have spent several hours chatting with these agents trying to understand the casino better, but it looks like the agents have zero knowledge about the product that they are offering support to.

The only point in this section of the review is related to the constant presence of the agents. You will not get any good support and you will spend a lot of time solving a simple issue.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (1/5)

After I passed the KYC verification, I have requested my cashout again. Before that, it was already declined two times.

The story with the cashout processing is absolutely similar to the KYC process. No one is interested to approve your payout fast. After waiting for one hour, I reached the support agent again. He explained that there is a financial department that should review the cashout.

I have just passed the KYC verification, what kind of additional review is needed? I am 100% sure that there is no financial department exists. The cashouts are being approved by the same live chat agents.

Four minutes later, the payout was finally released.

I can also confirm that it reached my Bitcoin wallet.

I am not sure for how long my withdrawal would be delayed if I wouldn’t have reached the live chat agent again. What I see is that Wildtornado uses all possible methods to prevent you from cashing out. Since the cashout was processed, I cannot put a zero in this section of the review, so I have to give it at least one point.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (5/5)

I did not find any restriction regarding VPN usage in the casino’s Terms and Conditions. It looks like it is not forbidden to play with a VPN. The support agent failed to explain this well, but as I understand Wildtornado cannot prohibit using the VPN.

🏁 Final verdict (2.1/5)

Wildtornado is a nice example of a casino that you should never use. There are zero reasons for any player to deposit money here. Everything about this casino is designed in a very wrong way, starting from the bonuses, and continuing with the support service. The wagering requirements are everywhere, and the terms and conditions are incomplete for every promotion.

To be honest, this is one of the worst casinos that I have ever played at, and I am very happy that this experience is finally over. Feel free to check my crypto and bitcoin casino reviews to pick another brand for your gambling needs.

I came across Wildtornado on BTT and decided to see how things work and made a small deposit. The summary of my experience is this: if you want to lose your money, play with this casino. For starters, the slots are obviously rigged and keep spinning out of control. Wildtornado is one of those scam casinos where you only put in but never get anything out. After playing here for about a week, I decided to move out my funds since it’s obvious that I wasn’t going to win anything. I wanted to close my account but the support boldly told me I cannot withdraw my own money. They practically copy and paste the same answers irrespective of the demands I made, and then cut off the chat, showing that they don’t really care what their customers think as long as they have your money. What can I say? Keep off this casino. Its games are obviously rigged and they’re only interested in grabbing your money.
