The fact that the casino does not want to get a license imposes some restrictions in terms of the games that could be available for players, or the payment providers offered to users. This does not mean, however, that the casino cannot be trusted.

According to the Terms and Conditions, you have to wager your deposited amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal. The 1x requirement is standard and pretty easy to accomplish.
I have made my deposit using Bitcoin. I’ve only paid 0.33 USD to send this transaction.
The funds will be credited to your account as soon as the transaction gets confirmed by the Bitcoin network, not before. Some casino platforms credit the deposit instantly and check the confirmation only if you want to withdraw your funds. I find the former a more user-friendly method to operate.
After a while, the payment was confirmed by the Bitcoin network and it was credited to my Windice account.
Let’s now check the cashout requirements. The minimum cashout amount is low, but you will have to pay 0.0003 BTC as a withdrawal fee.
I was able to make my deposit with a 0.33 USD fee, but Windice deducts 15 USD for the same operation.
The support agent explained that this fee is required to send my transaction in the fastest possible way. Well, I do appreciate that the casino cares about withdrawal speeds but charging 15 USD with an actual network fee of around 0.30 USD is too much.
Another thing that I hate is that casinos never use the whole deducted amount to send the withdrawal. My cashout was processed with a 0.000021 BTC fee. This is more than 10 times less than the deducted amount.
Now, the question is: who is getting the difference? I think the answer is obvious, definitely not me. I find this situation unfair, and I will always deduct points for this type of behavior. This section of Windice’s review gets only two points out of five.

This section of Windice’s review gets zero points. The support agent promised that there are tons of different promotions offered to players, so let’s move to the next section and find out if it is true or not.
📢 Promotions (2/5)
Right after completing the registration, you will get some free tokens and 1 XP point. These are the rewards that you can collect by visiting the website every day.
1 xp point is enough to reach the first VIP level. You will get another 6 WIN tokens for that.
This is how the progress scale of the Windice loyalty system looks like. The whole VIP program consists of 100 levels.
You can earn exp points by playing real money games: 1 exp = 1$ of bets.
Besides that, you will also be getting exp points by collecting daily rewards, as mentioned before.
Which prizes will you get after completing the levels? Until level 21, you will only get WIN tokens, which have no monetary value, and get reset to zero every 24 hours.
After level 21 you will start getting rakeback.
You have to get 30000 XP (30k USD in wagers) in order to activate a 1% rakeback.
At level 31 you will also have your cashback activated.
To achieve level 31 you need to collect 100,000 XP (100k USD in wagers).

I did not receive anything besides internal WIN tokens. You cannot withdraw or exchange those tokens for real money. You can only use them to bet on different games and spend them in special shops.
The shop gives you the opportunity to buy different XP and faucet boosters. This is a pretty unique functionality. Unfortunately, it is mostly designed to entertain you rather than reward you with real-money prizes.
There is also a possibility to buy exp points which will allow you to level up faster.
The last section of Windice’s shop offers you to buy WIN coins using your real-money balance. So theoretically, you can use your crypto to buy tokens and then upgrade your levels by purchasing exp points.
Let’s call it a ‘paid’ option to receive rakeback and cashback quicker. Does it make any sense? Not really, because you can easily find other casinos with the same or better game selection offering rakeback right from the beginning of your journey.

The arsenal of the promotions looks exciting, but unfortunately, it does not seem to be massively rewarding for users. The whole concept of resetting your WIN coins once a day is unique. I have never seen anything like this before. The problem is – these WIN coins have no monetary value.
Yes, you can use them to boost your XP points, you can try to get more WIN tokens by playing different games, but the overall attitude to these coins is pretty much the same as to FUN money.
The real rewards start only on the 21st level, and you have to wager really a lot of money to get there.
I give this section of Windice’s review only two points. One point goes for the wagering contest, which is the only promo that lets you actually win something before hitting level 21. I credit another point for their attempt to create a unique loyalty program, which unfortunately does not look appealing yet.

The terms and conditions state that there is a chance for the casino to request a KYC verification. This is a weird rule for an unregulated casino. There are no authorities that would require it to verify users.
I guess the only case for KYC verification would be connected to accounts that abuse the faucet. I have seen several discussions about this matter on forums. The support agent has also confirmed that KYC verifications are usually not requested.
I deduct one point in this section. While the support agent says that KYC is not requested, the T&Cs of the casino share different information.
