My Honest Duelbits Review (Tested With Real Deposit)

Duelbits is a relatively new casino in the cryptocurrency gambling space, but it gained a lot of attention on bitcointalk and other social networks in recent months. Youtube and Twitch are full of influencers making reviews and creating content about this casino. This is the reason why I decided to review Duelbits and check if it is as good as stated by the community.

I will make a real money deposit, play some games, and try to receive rewards in promotions. Additionally, I will also test the loyalty program, try to reach customer support, and study the Terms and Conditions of this platform.

✔️ Is Duelbits legit? (5/5)

Duelbits, like many other crypto casinos nowadays, operates under the easiest-to-get Curacao license. While this type of license allows the casino to publish games from well-known providers, it is not that reliable in terms of players’ experience.

Duelbits was originally launched as a CS:GO gambling website and was redesigned to the crypto casino website in 2020. I was not able to find any problems related to the casino: the players are happy with the service being provided and all cashouts are being paid correctly.

My personal withdrawal request was also instantly confirmed with no issues or additional checks.

The list of slot providers presented on Duelbits is huge! I was able to find 72 different slot providers:

When I click to check the providers on the Live casino lobby, Duelbits shows me a weird list. Evoplay and High5 do not offer any live casino games, so these providers should not be included here.

Another problem I’ve experienced with Duelbits is the stability of slot games. During the testing, games were stuck, closed, or reloaded several times:

This is an unpleasant situation, especially when you are seeking a casino to play a lot. I deduct one point here and I give this section 4 points out of 5.

🎰 Slots RTP (5/5)

The information regarding the slots RTP is easily available on the site and can be found for every game published at Duelbits. The Return to Player rate can be used for selecting the slots with higher winning potential. The RTP number is also reflecting in the cashback payments, which we will discuss in the relevant section below.

💰 Payment methods (3/5)

You can deposit and withdraw from Duelbits using both crypto and fiat methods. I prefer to gamble with cryptocurrency. At the moment, there are four assets available: Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Dogecoin (DOGE).

It is good to see Litecoin and Dogecoin in the list, as these are coins that allow you to make transactions with lower fees and faster transaction times. Bitcoin and Ethereum are sometimes a bit too expensive and are not that comfortable to use.

On the withdrawal page there are two things that I have noticed:

• Withdrawal fees, which are pretty much in correlation with the actual network fees
• Minimum withdrawal of $50

I decided to check with the support agent if there is a minimum deposit amount as well:

I don’t really like the situation when the withdrawal limit is set to a much higher value compared to the minimum deposit amount. There is also no reason to require a minimum withdrawal amount, as the withdrawal fee is deducted from the player’s account.

Another surprise came from the support agent when he informed me that there is a wagering requirement before I can request my withdrawal.

This information is not presented anywhere on the website, which is again confusing.

This section of the Duelbits review gets only 3 points out of 5. I have deducted two points for the unreasonable high withdrawal limit and for the wagering requirement that is not presented anywhere on the casino website.

🚀 Welcome bonuses (0/5)

The absence of welcome bonuses is a usual thing in the crypto gambling space. Duelbits has also chosen an easy route and does not offer any deposit bonuses.

Some guys from Bitcointalk advised me not to review welcome bonuses under a separate section and include those in the Promotions section. I still think that deposit bonuses deserve the right to be reviewed separately and that they have a great impact on the overall experience.

If we compare several casinos that I have reviewed in recent months: Rollbit, Roobet, and BC.game – they all have no welcome bonuses. Instead, they all provide a sort of loyalty program, which you start to know only during the playing process.

I guess the welcome offer is a nice chance to outstand and beat the competition. Otherwise, we will soon have dozens of crypto casinos offering the same loyalty programs, games, and leaderboards.

📢 Promotions (5/5)

In my opinion, the Promotions offered by the casino are the strongest part of Duelbits. There are three types of promos you can participate at:

• Leaderboard
• Cashback (Bits)
• Level-up bonuses

The leaderboard is good for high rollers. It rewards players according to the wagering amount made per day or week. The more you wager, the better the reward you get. This is as simple as that. There are five prizes for the daily winners and five prizes for the largest weekly gamblers.

Now, let’s move to the most interesting part – Bits cashbacks. There are four different types of cashbacks available for you: Instant, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. You will get 10% of the house edge wagered in all games as an instant reward, and 5% of the house edge for each Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cashback.

Once the chashback is available, you will see the Claim button that will transfer the amount right to your real money balance. You can also see the time left for the next claim, which is a really comfortable feature.

The last Duelbits promotion is a level-based loyalty program. You will have to wager 1,000 USD to reach the first level, which is easily achievable.

After making 1k USD in bets, I have moved to the first Joker level and received 4.57 USD as a level-up bonus. The reward is also based on the amount of bets you made and is calculated as 12.5% of the house edge.

Several days later, at the beginning of the new month, I was also able to request my Weekly and Monthly Bits.

Now let’s have a look at how much I received in total for the cashback and rank-up bonuses:

After wagering 1050.80 USD I have received 13.16 USD in rewards, pure cash, and no wagering requirements. Duelbits has paid me, approximately, 1.25% of my wagered amount, which is impressive. Keep in mind, that all of these rewards are paid according to the total amount of your bets. No matter if you win or lose. You will get your Bits anyway.

The Promotions section of this Duelbits review gets the maximum points available. It looks like this is the first time in the history of my reviews that a casino gets the maximum amount of points in this section, great job Duelbits 😉

🔎 KYC and anonymity (3/5)

The T&C state that you have to pass the first step of verification before making any cashout.

I have asked a support agent if KYC is really a mandatory process before requesting a withdrawal.

I was able to get my withdrawal with no additional verifications. Duelbits’ Terms and Conditions have misleading information regarding the KYC process, but according to the customer support statement, you will still have to pass KYC one day.

I have deducted two points for this section because of the uncertainty in the rules.

👨‍💻 Customer support (4/5)

The customer support guys were not fast all the time. For some of the answers, I had to wait more than 10 minutes. Sometimes, their answers were not anyhow correlated with the Terms & Conditions of the website, but this is mostly due to the lack of T&C information. I cannot blame customer support for that. I have contacted the support multiple times and sooner or later I have received my answers, which did not look like copy-pasted uninterested phrases.

⚡ Speed of withdrawals (5/5)

I have requested my withdrawal back to the Ethereum wallet:

It was instantly released by Duelbits, pretty soon confirmed by the network and it appeared in my wallet.

Instant withdrawals are always getting 5 out of 5 points in this section of the review.

🌐 Is VPN allowed? (0/5)

The Terms and Conditions of Duelbits state that you cannot use a VPN to play from a banned country. This makes sense as the casino should follow the license rules in this matter.

But does it mean that you can actually use a VPN if your country is not restricted? I tried to find an answer in the T&Cs, but I did not have good luck. The support agent told me that using VPN is completely prohibited.

I do like the rewards that Duelbits is paying in form of cashback and level-up bonuses. These wagering free prizes are lucrative, straightforward, and achievable for every type of player. The arsenal of games available is huge and is strengthened with clear RTP data. The withdrawals are instant with reasonable fees.

The overall impression after playing at Duelbits is positive. There are several issues connected to T&C‘s inaccuracies, withdrawal limits, and game stability, but these should not impact that much.
